All of the rooms here are updated good food and location. Several great restaurants in close walking distance. Picture from my review was taken from my room. WiFi seems to work well this is my go to hotel when I come to Little Rock for work.

Toenail clippings on floor. Dirty sock found in a room another individual staying in. No mattress pad on bed. During conference, the water container not replaced timely.Tea bags that were provided very minimal. Conference room heater not working so blew cold air on freezing cold day. Ran out of breakfast food - bagels cold, hard. Nothing to heat them up with. No type of fridge in room. The coffee maker only works for hotel provided pad of single serve coffee. No travel or sightseeing information provided anywhere. Staff friendly but that is the only thing positive to say.

Room not cleaned by housekeeping. No parking except valet. Remodeling job looks ok from Excelsior→Peabody→Marriott but the service is still lacking a first-class hotel. Not enough staff at front desk for checking in. Really not what I expected. The rates are pretty good, but perhaps one gets what they pay for...? Also noise from elevator kept me up all night.

We stay here often. It is a perfect location. It is big but attached to convention facility. I am always sad there is no pool. No fridges in the room but you can ask for one if needed. The staff is sometimes a little inattentive at front desk. Beds are great and rooms larger than some hotels.

Let me start by saying this hotel is HUGE! It’s located on the riverfront and has a beautiful art park next to it, accessing it is very tricky though. You have to go all the way down in the area where the conference rooms are and follow the signs for river walk— I would ask for help to get there. There is only one door that you allows re-entry. The sculptures and the view of the river are so worth it— it was a pleasant surprise! They were doing construction at the hotel. This place is great for business travel, near the hotel and in the downtown area, it has a Starbucks, a restaurant, a large gym (no pool), plenty of space to setup your laptop or meet with co-workers.
