The room was great - clean and comfortable. I love having the couch and table to work and eat at. Everyone was professional and helpful. Room service wings were surprisingly good and had a decent amount of crudites included. I arrived late due to plane delays and needed to print some things for work. I was told the printer was working, but when I went to use it I kept getting errors. No one was able to fix it. Given that it's a hotel attached to a conference center and frequented by business travelers I expect the office services to work. Additionally, there's no place to purchase last-minute needs (like contact solution) if the gift shop is closed. There should be at least a small kiosk by the check-in area for travel needs 24 hrs.

Front dest service was excellent, all amenities were wonderful as well. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the variety of pillows for use! I attended a conference there and everything was well-organized. Thank you, Little Rock Marriott! The only thing that was difficult for me was the booking process for some reason. I needed to make some adjustments, called the number for booking and left a message. I never spoke to anyone but got an email letting me know I was booked for an additional night. I would have liked to have spoken in-person just to ask clarifying questions.

The most beautiful and amazing 10th birthday celebration for my son. He enjoyed every minute!!!!! we will stay again!!!

Very nice employees, perfectly spotless room and bathroom, most comfortable bedding!! Just walking around the lobby feels luxurious! The valet guys are so friendly!

The custoner service was excellent from the moment I arrived. My view was good, thw room service and food were phenomenal! It was the best stay in a hotel Ive had in a long time!
