Home away from home
Stay at the Oberoi is always amazing. The warm staff, the food, etc. We took the airport pick up from the hotel itself. It was seamless, we were offered a wet towel on our arrival, the driver was very friendly. Even though we reached the hotel early (about 11.30am) the staff were kind enough to check us in early. The lunches we had at the Sun bird cafe were really yummy. Also the masala chai and snacks during tea time were something we always looked forward to! The property has their own jetty so it was really convenient to go diving and snorkelling. Pijaan, the person who took us diving was really very very professional and warm at the same time. North Lombok is a good spot to stay if you plan on doing the pergasingam hill sunrise trek. It’s about 1.5hrs drive from Oberoi. The twin waterfalls are also the same distance. Each night, dinner was special, there was traditional dance one night, Indonesian street food special another, etc etc. Will definitely come back next year :)

Escape to paradise
From our arrival by boat to our departure all felt like paradise. Location, the rooms, the bathroom, the food, the facilities (diving, snorkeling, tennis, pool, spa) all was perfect But best of all was the staff. In every department we were treated with a smile and all made sure we had the time of our life.

From the moment we arrived, the service has been excellent. From the reception team to the restaurants, diving team, housekeeping, buggy service, bar, and every other member of the team we met, everyone has been so warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. The service has truly been extraordinary and remarkable.

Great second visit
Second time in Oberoi, just love every minute of it. The vibe / energy is really soothing and relaxing. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Wish it had a better beach.
