Great stay, amazing service
I had an amazing stay at the Oberoi Lombok. The property is beautiful and the service and attention to detail from the staff is exceptional. We had a few slight issues, but everything was resolved promptly, so we have no complaints. We would absolutely stay here again.

The entire staff including the head staffs and General Manager were outstanding Thru out our stay we felt so privileged to be there. There was a lovely and beautiful smile on each and everyone of the staffs at any one time

Would definitely be back
Definitely a place I will make a return stay. We used this as a base to scuba dive in the Gilli using the dive centre at the Oberoi. About 15 minutes from resort to Gilli. Dive centre crew were fantastic and accomodating. Snorkelling on the beach was fantastic with grass and corals, all required gear available from dive centre.Resort had good facilities and rooms were to expectations of Oberoi. Food was amazing, menu list was sufficient .The staff were above expectations, friendly and attentive, definitely the icing on the cake. Truly enjoyed ourselves.
