The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok

Our stay at The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok was truly spectacular from start to finish. The experience began the moment we were picked up at the airport; the car even had reliable Wi-Fi, which was a fantastic touch. The warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel set the tone for the entire trip. Throughout our stay, the staff were nothing short of fabulous—they have an incredible ability to anticipate exactly what you need before you even ask. Their helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring nature made us feel completely looked after. The room was well-appointed with thoughtful accessories that made our stay extra comfortable. Beyond the service, the resort itself is a peaceful oasis—it is incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. We also loved the location, as it’s conveniently close to the Gili Islands for easy day trips. Finally, the food was a major highlight. Whether we were ordering local Indonesian specialties or flavorful Indian dishes, every meal was amazing. We cannot recommend this resort highly enough for anyone looking for a seamless, luxurious, and relaxing getaway.

This place saved me, with their amazing hospitality, kind nature, gorgeous scenery and loving staff. I’d like to especially give my condolences to Wanwan the barkeep, who was so friendly and went out of his way to stay late when I arrived, for a drink after climbing mount rinjani. Best trip I’ve had so far :) anyone reading this. Just go to Lombok, do it. You won’t be disappointed, but very joyous. Have a great day.

Everything wonderful from beginning to finish! Hotel, cleaning, services, foods, facilities, rooms, activities, everything was perfect

We stayed 5 nights and had the most incredible stay. Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the property is a breathtaking garden of paradise overlooking the beach, the staff was incredibly attentive, kind and professional. We went snorkelling on one day and diving on two other days. Everything was organised for us, with top equipment, professional dive masters and attention to detail for absolutely everything we could want. It was truly one the best holidays we have ever had and we were so sad to leave. We are already planning our return!

Wow! Such an amazing hotel . We had a week of sheer bliss , every day was perfection. From the moment the frangipani garland is placed around your neck you instinctively know you are in a very special place . The building , the incredible view , the fabulous food, the magnificent villa with private pool are all wonderful however the heart of the Oberoi are the amazing staff !! Incredible customer service from everyone we encountered. Special mention to these staff Hari and Ozi on reception great job , Yayuk escorted us to our villa , Wisnu concierge butler outstanding service, thank you for organising our boat trip and my horse riding !Siardin lovely gardener , M.Subil gardener prepared a coconut for me, Rama the horse and trainer Ramanan lovely horse riding experience, massage therapists Ulfa,Dwi, our wonderful housekeepers Ricki and Agus , Ryan the artist my first painting lesson , Lisin and Rapen from our fabulous boat trip and Ali lovely waiter and all the staff thank you so much for making our holiday at the Oberoi so memorable and special . We look forward to seeing you all on our next trip !
