Flawless Stay
Our stay at The Oberoi Lombok was flawless. The beautiful setting, exceptional service and genuine warmth of the entire team made it truly special. With decades of global travel and experience in HR, we were particularly impressed by the team’s training, sincerity and emotional intelligence, which were evident in every interaction. We have stayed at many wonderful properties around the world, but The Oberoi Lombok is now our favourite. Peaceful, tranquil and the perfect antidote to Bali, it is a truly special place that we would recommend highly. We very much hope to return.

Super 3 Nights at the Oberoi
We have just had the pleasure of a three nights stay at the Oberoi Lombok. Everything was exceptional. The service, food, accommodation and general atmosphere and feeling of the hotel was absolutely world class. Also, our family of four took a half day snorkling trip with the hotel’s private jetty staff around the Gillies Islands - I highly recommend it - we saw many turtles and colourful fish in crystal clear waters. Make sure you start around 8:30 am before the breeze comes up. Thank you again for a wonderful stay, Anton & Family from your friends in New Zealand

A peaceful tropical hideaway
For us it has a perfect location - just in front of Gili Air There is an access to a small lagoon The rooms are comfortable and spacious Cleanliness is top Super quiet just few times a day sounds from the nearest mosque. You won’t hear it everywhere but at certain areas of the hotel Every one has the sweetest serving stiles, especially Zila and Ali This hotel offers very good value for money.

Beautifully setting landscaping, sunset on rocky beach with coral reef in front of the hotel! excellent service, great food and drinks fantastic staff - everybody is lovely - Ali stands out (picks up on all your needs). Great spacious pool villas on the beach.

Perfect!
This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Everything was just perfect. The location is like paradise. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure you always had everything you needed.
