Charming, well located, well equipped (restaurants). . .will definitely stay here again. Super easy to get to via the new Elizabeth Line from Heathrow. . .exit at Liverpool Station which is next to Andaz.

Booked this fab hotel for a one night stay in London for my friend’s birthday. We needed an early check in which was happily accommodated. We were checked in by the delightful Emily on reception who gave us such a warm welcome. We had a glass of Prosecco on arrival which was a really nice touch and also a gift box of biscuits were put in the room as a treat for my friend’s birthday, we were also upgraded :) The room was really nice, big bathroom with luxury toiletries. The bed was soo comfortable and fab really comfy pillows too. We slept really well and didn’t hear a sound. Staff were all very friendly and polite and it was very clean. The finishing touch was a really delicious buffet breakfast (there was a choice of buffet or a la crate) great coffee, and really finished off a great stay. Thank you, we will be back.

We love staying at The Andaz starting with the welcome drink on arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. We appreciate the complimentary drinks and sushi at 6pm and there was a good tasty spread at breakfast. We shall look forward to returning.

I am loyal to Hyatt whenever possible and was pleased to find this hotel conveniently located for business meetings in the City and just steps away from the tube. Given the Hyatt brand and award category, it was a safe bet that it would be clean with good service and well maintained rooms. I would definitely stay here again when business calls in the City. I stayed in the King Deluxe, which appears to be worth the upgrade for a little more space and a better shot at natural light (some rooms have windows to interiors). Some rooms are quieter than others depending on location. In the outside rooms, you obviously get more natural light (critical to adjust time zones), but you also get the city street noise of buses, sirens, people, etc. I did not try any food or beverage other than the complimentary in room snacks/drinks and the canapes in the evening in the lobby. The gym is very good for a hotel gym. There are plenty of free weights (heavier than you usually find), squat rack, benches, dip machine, rowers, etc. etc. There's also the bathrooms/showers and the steam room, which is really nice. The two downsides to the gym are that there are no windows/natural light and that there appears to be outside/non-uniformed/unidentified personal trainers working in the space with non-guests(?) and thus taking up space/equipment from hotel guests. This was not explained during the tour I received upon check-in.

We arrived late to the hotel and received a really warm welcome from Ryan at the front desk . We were offered a beverage and he made me a nice Aperol Spritz . He gave us tips of where to eat thst was still open which was super helpful. The lobby area is beautiful and has lots of places to relax while wai for someone . The room is a really nice size and is decorated beautifully. There was a great window seat that was perfect for people watching . The shower was great and had lots of water pressure. The location is terrific bc it's a block away from Liverpool Station so great from the airport and to hop around town . I'd definitely stay here again .
