A quirky hotel, exceptionally well located. The old buildings provide for some odd-shaped rooms (and some long walks form the lifts), but during my last stay I enjoyed a quite spacious room with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the station, and right on the Elizabeth Line so easy access to Heathrow.

It is rare that a hotel delivers so far above and beyond expectations, that you truly can enjoy every minute of a vacation. Loved the wine hour 🍷, breakfast buffet was top notch, staff so welcoming and helpful, and a fantastic location, The Liverpool Street Station is a block away, easily accessible from Heathrow via the new Elizabeth Line.

We recently stayed at Andaz London Liverpool Street to celebrate our anniversary, and the team made it genuinely special from start to finish. We were kindly upgraded and welcomed with a thoughtful treat in the room, which was such a lovely surprise and really set the tone for the stay. Jason, the Assistant Manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, and AZ from Central Reservations made the whole booking experience seamless and personal. The service felt warm and sincere throughout, and they truly made our anniversary one to remember.
