Amazing Service and Location
Unbeatable location, Unmatched service, Friendly and helpful team! Nice, clean and refurbished rooms. Strawberry & Cream and Champagne was offered during check-in!

One single aspect, bad experience
The hotel's service, facilities, food, and cleanliness are impeccable, but a pre-authorization charge was placed on my credit card even though my company had already paid the full amount in advance. It has now been 10 days since the end of my stay, and the amount has still not been refunded.

WONDERFUL AFTERNOON TEA
Had a fantastic afternoon tea here on Saturday courtesy of a Groupon voucher. The sandwiches were tasty & delicate & the small cakes were exquisite, and just enough without over-facing us, as were the lovely scones. There was a good choice of teas & the offer came with a glass of Prosecco each. At just over £20 each, this was an incredible deal at a really lovely place & with excellent service. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

Great hotel
Nice hotel with excellent service and a great location close to Liverpool Street Station. As a tourist visiting London who wasn't very familiar with the city, I found it very convenient to stay so close to the station. It made it easy to get around and quickly reach all the places I wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, lovely hotel and everything where you would expect it to be in the room. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. Staff couldn't do enough.
