Great experience
Loved this hotel. It is very convenient for the Albert Hall which is why we were staying. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the hotel in the evening. The food was lovely. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. It’s right opposite Hyde Park and one morning we went for a lovely walk across the park. It’s in a very nice area of London. Rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff were all amazing with a special mention to Rafael who served us breakfast each morning and evening. It was like greeting an old friend each time we saw him.

Perfect Hotel in every way!
The hotel is a wonderful choice with impeccable service, immaculate rooms, amazing food and drinks and a wonderful concierge. The location makes it a convenient walk or cab ride. The staff was so kind and sent a bottle of champagne and sweets to my room on my birthday. I have stayed at Baglioni's all around the world and always make it my first choice.

Service and management quality poor
Was in town on business for week. Had several issues that never really got resolved over course of one week. Would NOT recommend. If high quality and attentive service needed, better places in immediate area available. Lack of communication amongst staff, e.g. reception communication with management and house staff.
