Reviews for Baglioni Hotel London
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From start to finish, customer service was outstanding. Food was wonderful, room and decor was fabulous and the staff were amazing. Shower was really powerful, bed was exceptionally comfortable and the junior suite we stayed in was superb. If you are looking for a treat, then the Baglioni is definitely the place to be. The location is great for the Albert Hall, with a lovely outlook over parkland. I would heartily recommend a stay here. It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny for a special occasion.
I have been highly satisfied with my stay in Baglioni Hotel! I enjoyed the excellence of service, the elegance of the room and a fantastic dinner...a unique venue, a place to remember and to come back to in a very near future!

I very much liked the quality of service in this hotel, which clearly deserves to be part of the Small Leading hotels of the world! Location is very nice if you like to go for a walk or a run in Hyde Park.

I enjoyed my stay in Baglioni London hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The location is great near the Kensington garden. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The suites are so romantic and comfortable.
The staff are efficient and courtiously old fashioned (love that), friendly (without being overly so). Nothing's too much for them and the staff looked like they were enjoying their job. The beds are so comfortable that even my insomnia didn't arrive at 3am. Now being constructive, please could there be mirrors in the room so us ladies can see what we look like before we descend downstairs to the beautifully and delicious prepared dinner.
