Reviews for The Beaumont Hotel
It is an exceptional hotel in it's common area design. Absolutely stunning no doubt.. The staff are professional yet friendly and efficient. It really is a one off. The rooms are small although beautiful no doubt and all the mini bar and snack items are included which is a lovely touch. Some of the spa facilities unfortunately were under repair during our stay. I thought that the breakfast was small and lacking choice, although you can get a takeaway for the club room. The bar food was far from the quality I would expect at this level of hotel. Overall it was a very good stay, but for the price and hype I was not overly impressed. .

The best hotel of the moment in London right now! From the time we were picked up at the airport until we were sadly driven away (after an impeccable stay) we loved it here!! Jannes Soerensen and his wonderfully warm and polished professional staff including Valerie Lafreniere were perfection After staying at other hotels in Mayfair that were all 5 stars we took a chance on The Beaumont and so glad we did! Our accommodations were lovely, cozy, warm and the bed very inviting with every up to date modern convenience as the hotel is relatively new (about 3 yrs). And... The dining room... The Colony!! Oozing atmosphere of old Hollywood as is the hotel. The food, the service, the clientele all fabulous!! We felt as if we were at the right place at the right time. We can not wait to return to this luxuriously perfect hotel.
The Beaumont is an exceptional hotel in many ways. It is everything one expect from a top end 5 star hotel but with so much more. The hotel is small and therefore allows for a personalised and intimate experience. The art deco style is something to be admired and down to the smallest detail, one can revel in the craftsmanship. I enjoyed the Clubroom pastries and coffee in the morning and have to say the quality of the pastries is exceptional. The dining room is quite busy and it becomes quickly obvious why its seems to be such a favourite dining experience. The very elegant dining room has a limited yet well designed menu. It is a really good restaurant, a place where one can enjoy oneself without it being overbearing or pretentious. Where the Beaumont sets itself apart is on a service. Consistently exceptional service is delivered with "lots of soul". I often find 5 star service at some of the better hotels can become "sterile" but the Beaumont is quite the opposite. These are real people giving the best and most personalised service one can possibly experience. It never feels faked, always feels human & real and always with positive intent. Staying in the hotel makes one feel fortunate. It creates an immediate feel great factor, which takes one's stay in London to the next level.

On my last day, talking with my family the comment was the same, we feel that this is our home away from home. Every person working at this hotel knew our names and greeted us every morning, from the doorman’s, don’t know their names but both the English and the French ones are amazing to the concierges, Isabelle and Angel , everyone is amazing, the breakfast is wonderful, the bacon toast, the poached eggs, the fruit, the bakery. Everything really amazing. The rooms are big, bathrooms have heated floor which is amazing when you wake up, every single day you have fresh fruit in the room, everything in the mini bar is included. They really make you feel at home. People at the front desk are wonderful too. Location is very good, in the hearth of Mayfair. Pickup from the airport is included which is amazing too. What else can I say, congratulations to the general manager for having assembled a very special team, it is not an easy job.

From the moment we walked in the lobby and were greeted by name to the surprise gluten free birthday cake that was sent to my room the 4 days spent at the Beaumont were spectacular. There was champagne when we arrived and chocolate every evening... the attention to detail... fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner in their restaurant and again the experience was wonderful... great food... special service. I would recommend anyone traveling to London who wants a little pampering during their trip should definitely consider this wonderful hotel.
