Reviews for The Berkeley
5 nights w wife and 2 daughters. Best value for your Money. Nice pool and work out room with a view. Breakfast and dinning room are excellent. The service is just superb. We had something broken with the tv - in 4 minute someone came and fixed it. Only drawback was it seems to draw a lot of people from Saudi Arabia. But then again - that's London 2017-18.

Stayed at the Berkeley mainly to dine at the Marcus but thought it would be a nice luxurious experience to stay the night. Room only average for the price and staff whilst polite seemed a little pre canned. Would dine at the Marcus again but much better hotels available in the price range

We stayed at junior suite in newly renovated room this time. I personally did not like the style & taste of this new renovation comparing to the original one. Furnitures were too normal and lighting were all in LED (too bright & can not dim down)
The Berkeley is a wonderful hotel in London. It has everything that you need in a hotel. Good food, amazing service, a indoor/outdoor pool, and amazing rooms. The second we walk into the hotel everybody says “Hello ms. ____ and mr. ____” because we go there all the time. They immediately send up coffee and hot chocolate for us. The actual building is built in a classic London style, it’s very big, chic and fancy. It is kid friendly, if your kids are well behaved and experienced travelers. From the hotel, it is very easy to get around London. Nothing popular is too far away. The rooms are very big and clean to. The food is wonderful. The breakfast never gets old or disappoints me. The high tea there is very fancy, and definitely not meant for kids. You should wear nice attire. But besides that the high tea is delicious. All in all this hotel is a wonderful London hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights at The Berkeley. The service and care throughout our stay was second to none. Staff new our names, nothing was too much bother, and the special touches added by the hotel - champagne, fruit and chocolate, rose petal heart left by the Housekeeping staff on our first night - all made a special stay very special indeed. We could not fault the hotel in any way and will definitely return as soon as possible.
