The service at Brows was impeccable. From the door staff to the in room dining, everything was perfect. We also had our 5 month old with us and when we showed up in the room, they had her name inscribed on cookies, her crib, special baby soaps, a baby bath, diaper pail and a baby robe - we had only asked for a crib. Whether you are traveling with kids or not, this is a great example of the level of detail Browns will deliver. A++!!

Firstly, Browns is not cheap and nor should it be. This is luxury and you get what you pay for...an experience. An experience so good that you really don't want to leave. The bed was fantastically comfortable, as were the pillows; as you would expect. The bathroom was enormous with a generous provision of towels and toiletries and virtually everything you could need. The staff are professional but also warm and friendly and never feel like they're just doing their job. It's an experience rather than a bed for the night, but one you definitely need to enjoy at least once in life! Problem is, I Ieft wanting more!

We had a truly exceptional stay! It was absolutely amazing. There is nowhere quite like Brown’s in Mayfair ~ London. Simply, ‘Magical’. We felt very at home. Every element was perfectly in place to ensure the highest levels of service, the utmost discretion and the winning spaces. No detail overlooked. The hotel was recently renovated and the accommodations were excellent. But the biggest difference from other places we've stayed is the people that work at the Brown's Hotel. They are extremely attentive and make you feel at ease when making sure you are happy.

Easily the best afternoon tea experience I’ve ever had! The beautiful Drawing Room is the perfect setting in which to enjoy the delicious sandwiches, which were replenished without hesitation, and the outstanding pastries. The staff could not have been more attentive, pleasant or professional - always ready to pour out the next cup of tea, before we even reached for our teapots! We are agreed we won’t bother with any other luxury London hotel for our afternoon tea treat from now on, it will be Brown’s Hotel every time!
