Elegance in Knightsbridge
We had a perfect stay at the Capital Hotel. The location in Knightsbridge, directly adjacent to Harrods, is ideal for exploring central London. We had a deluxe king room in one of the three walk-ups which was unusually large for London with comfortable linens and fixtures. Breakfast was included in our package and quite wonderful. What really made this a great experience was the concierge and bellman service. They went out of their way to help us with logistics and travel assistance. This is old school British etiquette without unnecessary formality — friendly, accommodating, and consistently authentic. Couldn’t have asked for more or better attention.

Miguel has been the most helpful staff member at the Capital Hotel. He is always there for the guests, making sure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable. He has such a kind heart and always greets people with a smile. What I appreciate most about Miguel is that he genuinely takes the time to ask how you are and have a conversation with you. His kindness, friendliness, and caring personality make a real difference, and he is truly an asset to the hotel.

Great boutique hotel close to everything
It’s our second time staying in this hotel. We felt safe, comfortable. The greatest sleep I’ve had during my entire trip through Europe this year. Wonderful beds and pillows. We had a minor thing about the shower water spilling into the bathroom floor. This was constant and the hotel staff tried to do something about it. Not much was accomplished though. The breakfast is nice. A little pricey.
