Best small hotel in London
Outstanding small hotel located behind Harrod’s in Knightsbridge. The room was recently renovated and came with the greatest shower anywhere. Our room was very quiet. We had excellent breakfasts in the morning and enjoyed the bar in the evening. The entire staff was excellent. A special shoutout to Andy, the concierge, who is a joy to work with.

We had a wonderful dinner at Tom Brown at The Capitol, a truly spectacular night. The food was indescribably good, every dish getting better and better. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very special. The Capitol staff topped off the experience with Miguel going to extra efforts to look after us and even going out in the cold and rain to hail a cab for us! Thank you all, we're looking forward to visiting again soon!

Got upgraded to an apartment with sitting room and kitchen. Fully equipped, including washing machine. Quiet despite a road facingroom. Good bed. Wifi weak. Michelin star food. One of the better receptions and doorman Mr Pablo impressed by remembering my name. Little things make a difference.

Excellent location and outstandingly professional staff
We stayed for five days in this convienently located and comfortable hotel in Kensington. We are frequent travellers and were particularly pleased with the client service provided by the hotel staff. On our arrival day we had an issue with our room and were helped very kindly and professionally by the receptionist Stella. She understood our needs and found within a short time a suitable solution for us. A room change allowed us to enjoy our remaining days in the hotel to the fullest. On departure day, we were contacted two hours after check-out as we had forgotten a computer tablet in the room. The concierge contacted us immediatetly by phone and proposed a number of options to send the tablet to our home address. We would like to thank the concierge Mr Villar for his prompt and efficient assistance, it is rare to get such a good service also after departure.
