This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. All the staffs are very nice especially Matthew. His courtesy and good service always makes me remember this hotel and of course his name. I’ll def stay in this hotel next time when I come to London. All the best ❤️

Most enjoyable and comfortable experience
We greatly enjoyed staying at the Capital hotel. The staff was most kind and gracious location is excellent and the room was perfect.

Nice to be recognized with a warm welcome.
I have stayed here several times. It’s my go to place in London. I never get disappointed instead get even more impressed with the detail and care each staff member I’ve come across have. From my check in to check out experience, thanks Valerica! The Night auditor/ team Ashkar and Pashtel (I am sorry for the misspelling of your name) who would take care of me getting in late after seeing a Westend show. Recommending where to go , London’s hidden gems.. and making sure I get my drink too even after midnight! I also had the best Cosmopolitan made by Andre. I will definitely try your Pisco Sour next time! Breakfast service was also friendly and welcoming. My room this time at the townhouse part was equally nice and very quiet! I always love the thick towels and Nepresso pods, milk and water are always replenished and enough supply. Matthew always a helping hand with my luggage. You bet I’ll be staying here again.. 😄

Fabulous
A fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Everything was 5* from the welcome we received to the service throughout our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish with super comfortable beds. Special shout out to Brooklyn and Louisa who couldn't have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending and I'll definitely return.

Good location but very disappointing room.
Good location in Knighsbridge but room was far too hot with old fashioned, very noisy 'air conditioning' unit. Opening the windows was not really an option as room overlooked an even noisier service yard. Only way to sleep was with A/C on and ear plugs in. Room's decor also quite faded. Not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Staff were very nice.
