Perfection of a Hotel!!!
This is my favorite hotel in the world!! The staff are both professional yet warm and personable,… meeting all their guests needs! And always with the most positive of attitudes to please but not overly solicitous! I did not want for anything I requested and found myself bringing the staff little thank you gifts for making my stay feel like home! The restaurant was spectacular and every meal was cooked to perfection! I must commend the leadership of Mr Declan Murphy ( the hotels manager) for mentoring such a great example of what true hospitality really is!! ..and I’m a fussy customer who needs great linens, immaculate accommodations, a warm and friendly smile when I return (home!) and all my expectations fulfilled over and over with effortless consistency!! Last minute has Aircond
We checked in here during heatwave and had to leave our Airbnb. It was all last minute and we had managed to book a room for 6 nights and check in all within a few hours. We were told the room was renovated but I beg to differ. Old toilet seat, water went all over bathroom and bathroom door had paint peeling from it. Lots of staff in lobby but all seemed to stand around not looking busy. Great location next door to Knightsbridge underground and next door to Harrods. N

Excellent discovery
Very kind, gentle and professional staff The bathroom was a little smaller than i thought it woud be, but in the end turned to be functional
