Wonderful visit to the hotel the hotel is beautiful,comfortable and the atmosphere is very welcoming the staff are very friendly professional and always ready to help the breakfast team were excellent especially Losine who provided great service and made our mornings very enjoyable. My husband and I had an overnight stay here as it was convenient to what we were doing with the weekend. The door and check in staff were lovely, very comprehensive check in. We were in the Townhouse next door and we had suite on the fourth floor. Note: the lift is an old one and if you're claustrophobic like me - you'd be better getting your steps in! Lovely big room with nice amenities, a little bit tired but the hotel is under a scheme of renovation (no disturbance during our stay). We had late night drinks in the little bar and the bar person was really friendly with great service. Tom Brown at The Capital has just got a Michelin star but we had evening plans so didn't eat here. Breakfast was an additional £30/head and this was very poor value, limited options, not great quality, menu said two eggs, you only get one - no toast offered. Great location and we'd stay again but we'd have a wander out for breakfast next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Having used The Capital Hotel before, I booked it for an elderly friend who was travelling through London en route to Asia -- in the midst of the spreading war in the Middle East. The exceptionally high professional standars of the staff and the wonderful personal care that we both experienced made a huge difference to her. The concierge took personal care of the arrangements for her travel into the city and back to the airport, with unusually helpful attention to detail. All the staff treated both of us as if we were their own family members. It was remarkable. I recommend The Capital without any hesitation whatsoever!

Outstanding small hotel located behind Harrod’s in Knightsbridge. The room was recently renovated and came with the greatest shower anywhere. Our room was very quiet. We had excellent breakfasts in the morning and enjoyed the bar in the evening. The entire staff was excellent. A special shoutout to Andy, the concierge, who is a joy to work with.
