Perfect Stay at The Capital
It was a genuinely lovely experience. I actually found the hotel through ChatGPT, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The place has a classic vibe, it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for a solo traveler like me. service was great, the atmosphere felt cozy and homey, and the staff were incredibly kind. The location is also a big plus, close to Hardee’s, shops, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made everything super convenient. My room on the fourth floor was wonderful, and I could see a beautifully renovated room nearby. Next time, I’m hoping to stay in the fifth or sixth floor. A special shoutout to Estella at the reception, she was amazing. Her presence made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Ideal location for sights of west London
Great hotel- fab location in Knightsbridge- right by tube and Harrods but in a street that seemed very quiet. Easy walk to royal Albert hall and natural history museum both of which we were visiting. Enjoyed lunch from Harrods rotisserie in Hyde park. . We had an upgrade to an executive room which was lovely with some interesting art and very quiet. Breakfast was very good - great coffee and had scrambled eggs- both often hard to find in a hotel. Staff were super helpful especially as arrived too early for check in but needed an iron- they sorted it for me. Bar staff very friendly and enjoyed nightcap and some bar nibbles

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paulo the concierge and hotel staff were very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was great as well.

Overall the hotel location and staff are amazing they tried to make it as comfortable as possible for me and my family, but the noise from construction was bad as well as the quality of matters and pillows as I have stayed here before and I have noticed the difference

A great hotel with wonderful staff!
Such a select hotel in a great area with professional, kind staff! So close to Harrods and wonderful restaurants. Reasonable rates as well. Great beds too!
