We had an incredible stay at the Como. All the staff went above and beyond to help us. Alex at the front door was so friendly and gave us lot of tips and tricks and helped us find where we needed to go! We felt very welcome and are excited to come back again!

Excellent hotel and very well located on Hyde Park corner (easy access to the parks). Rooms are clean , spacious and modern. The hotel concierge desk is extremely conscientious and helpful going beyond the call of duty in helping me book reservations for dinners etc. Amazing! I would like to single out John Galeano which helped me for example book a WeWork space in the city of London for a meeting last minute and used his own personal account to do so. Beyond helpful and top class service. Thanks again COMO hotel. Robert

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The view from our room overlooking Hyde Park was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection of high-quality food. The best part of the entire experience, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I would especially like to recognize Vasil, Alex, and Valentin for making our stay truly exceptional. Thank you all!

We had a wonderful time. We loved the hotel and all the exciting things around. I would like to especially thank Marco, our concierge. He went above and beyond to retrieve an item that I left inside the Uber. He had the driver return it to the hotel, which made it very convenient. I appreciated his help and his kindness as that was my favorite jacket. Thus hotel is exceptional!! All of the Hotel employees have been very friendly and helpful If we visit London if we visit again we would return to the Como Hotel! There is not a better place to stay! Thank you for making the trip so wonderful.
