We stayed for nine nights recently at the Como and have not stopped talking about the wonderful experience that we had. The hotel and its staff were beyond our expectations with their level of first class luxury and service through our stay. Our room was spacious and well-maintained and the beds extremely comfortable. When the building next door started emanating construction noise one evening, Como’s staff were attentive and prompt in shutting it down. When my son’s phone charging cord stopped, Vishwa from the front desk kindly and without hesitation lent him her personal charging station for the week. Ali, Alex and Chinwen were utterly delightful and charming at the front door. Andrea and Marco at Concierge helped me secure a ticket to a sold-out exhibition with ease and also find my lost umbrella at a restaurant! Last but not least, the wonderful team at the front desk were just so incredibly warm and kind that they put smiles on our faces and in our hearts every time we walked past them. A top notch hotel that offers luxury and home comforts at the same time!

Barkha at the front deskis the best. I have received the best treatment from her. She is offering the assistance all the times. Love to come visit again because of her.
