COMO Metropolitan London

A simply wonderful stay at the Como Metropolitan for two nights. From the location, to the welcoming and helpful staff who go the extra mile, to the spacious room (with a view!), and all facilities, this is definitely a luxury hotel worth staying at! Special shout-out to LaBombe. After our first visit a few months ago—now confirmed—this is what a restaurant should be: fabulous food (the Milanese is insane!) with fantastic service and little frills. And the advice on wine pairing was invaluable (their crème caramel with Sauternes was divine). The Como Metropolitan is perfect for a luxury hotel experience in London, and we will be back soon!

Our recent stay at COMO Metropolitan London was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very special mention to the check-in team on Saturday, who truly went above and beyond. Their friendly attitude and warmth immediately set the tone for our stay. We were delighted to receive an upgrade, and the entire check-in experience was seamless and effortless. Our room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic view overlooking Hyde Park. Waking up to that view made the stay even more special. A big thank you to Ali, as well as the wonderful doorman and bell team, who ensured our car was parked safely and handled all of our luggage with such care and efficiency. It made settling in completely stress-free and allowed us to begin our relaxing stay right away. Dining at LaBombe was another highlight. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our whole meal truly enjoyable. It is an absolute must-try restaurant, and the txuleton is highly recommended. We would also like to give special thanks to John and the concierge team, who really went the extra mile to make our room perfectly decorated for our special occasion. The thoughtful touches meant so much to us. John and his team were always on hand to assist with any questions or requests, no matter how small. They are a credit to the Como establishment. Finally, thank you to the checkout team, who were just as warm and efficient as everyone else. They made our departure smooth and seamless. Overall, it was a wonderful stay from start to finish, and we very much look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel has a very cosy and refined atmosphere. It was truly one of the best stays I have had, thanks to all the staff. Everyone was consistently helpful and offered a warm welcome throughout the entire visit, especially the front man Vasil. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.
