COMO Metropolitan London

I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was Maryam. She was warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. A real asset to the team and she deserves recognition. Thank you, Maryam!

Dula, Ali and all receptionists are very kind. Congratulations for all the team.

From the doormen to the concierge and everything in between,, Como Metropolitan made my stay a memorable experience It is nicely located in the quiet side of Mayfair yet very accessible to Piccadilly. The rooms were very big. Top notch service all throughout. I just have to nitpick on the elevator that down while we were there. But all in all this has been quite an experience.

All the team was great and specially dula and also hussein and also mariam at reception was so helpful

The hotel fully lived up to expectations with its wonderful service and excellent amenities. A special mention must go to Dula, whose impeccable service and genuine friendliness are a major reason why I plan to return to London.
