Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The view from our room overlooking Hyde Park was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection of high-quality food. The best part of the entire experience, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. I would especially like to recognize Vasil, Alex, and Valentin for making our stay truly exceptional. Thank you all!

We had a wonderful time. We loved the hotel and all the exciting things around. I would like to especially thank Marco, our concierge. He went above and beyond to retrieve an item that I left inside the Uber. He had the driver return it to the hotel, which made it very convenient. I appreciated his help and his kindness as that was my favorite jacket. Thus hotel is exceptional!! All of the Hotel employees have been very friendly and helpful If we visit London if we visit again we would return to the Como Hotel! There is not a better place to stay! Thank you for making the trip so wonderful.

The Como Metropolitan is everything a London hotel should be: stylish, calm, and beautifully located. But the real highlight was Maryam at reception. Her welcome was so warm and full of energy that it set the tone for the entire stay. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and makes all the difference. Will definitely be back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The hotel offers a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and excellent food. Our experience at La Bombe was fantastic — considering its Michelin star, everything was perfect. Vasil, the doorman, provided outstanding service, and we were extremely pleased with him. This hotel will remain our first choice in the future.

The hotel staff were so welcoming! Maryam made sure we had an amazing check in as well as a great check out, recommended great restaurants, assisted us with getting a spa booking and made us feel at home! Would definitely come back.
