Fabulous Hotel
The hotel fully lived up to expectations with its wonderful service and excellent amenities. A special mention must go to Dula, whose impeccable service and genuine friendliness are a major reason why I plan to return to London.

Exceptional service and great staff
Excellent stay with exceptional staff. Everyone I met was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to thank Hussain and Ali for their outstanding service and hospitality. I honestly haven’t met a single staff member who wasn’t welcoming and professional. They are a real credit to the hotel!

Five Star Service without Five Star Prices!
COMO Metropolitan on Park Lane is truly FIVE STAR service. From the moment you check in to check out you are truly looked after by an amazing professional staff. It seems everyone in the hotel goes out of their way to know your name and make you feel comfortable. The rooms are pristine and the duvet and pillows are incomparable. Shout out to Hussein, Dula and Mohammed for always getting the door, taxi and luggage and doing so with a smile. The lobby feels like an elegant living room and open 24 hours for a drink of your choice. It’s a must visit property in London.
