I had a wonderful experience at COMO Metropolitan London, and I would especially like to thank Maryam at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and exceptional service made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Maryam truly went above and beyond to make my experience special. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I would be very happy to stay at COMO Metropolitan London again. Highly recommended!
