Outstanding accommodations and location! One of the friendliest staffs you’ll find, as well as one of the most comfortable rooms around! I will not stay anywhere else in London again. This hotel is a must for all traveling to London. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Conrad Hilton was delightful as the location near all the “biggies” as well as a tube stop across the street make it perfect for a London visit. We booked a room with executive lounge access and it made our stay very special indeed. We had booked a twin-bedded room and were surprised when our luggage was delivered to a non-twin-bedded room but the bed was quite large so we chose not to contact the front desk to move. We did relay the mistake to the front desk later but did not hear from them. As you can see, it was still a delightful stay. We also had wonderful fish and chips in the Blue Boar pub.

This little gem is owned and operated by the Hilton hotel chain and the staff and service there is phenomenal. Shout outs to Dayrana, front office supervisor, concierge and the wonderful manager Liam Henderson who did a marvelous job in calming me down when I did not receive the room I booked. He listened and resolved the situation almost immediately. He clearly knows how to run a well managed hotel. Great central location , safe area, attentive staff. A little pricey as in £400+ but that’s London for you. Thanks everyone, I will be back. Best regards Nicola.

Fantastic stay - once again - at The Conrad St James. It’s my favourite Hilton brand in London - and one of my favourites overall in the city - the service and attention to detail is always consistently spot on. Everything about stay was fab. Great check-in experience / friendly & chatty welcome - and also managed to get me a room 2 hrs before the usual 3pm check-in. I’m a Hilton Diamond member - if your’re not I’d strongly recommend booking an Executive room - gets you access to a really nice Exec Lounge together with some other perks. The lounge did a great complimentary afternoon tea for a couple of hours from 2pm - followed by canapes and alcoholic drinks from 17.15. Both top quality - and a great place to chill in the evening after a long day walking around London. Icing on the cake for me was breakfast. Again impeccable & attentive service throughout - coupled with top notch food and variety. Bug shout out to Moneera - my server - she was brilliant. Recommended the pancakes - which I went with - and wasn’t disappointed. She looked after me as though I was one of the family ! Another great touch was a bottle of English bubbly and chocolates appearing in my room while I was out. The check in agent discovered I had a special celebration - guessing it was on the back of that. Made my day. The hotels Boar Bar well worth a visit also - one of the better hotel bars in town imo. Great central location also - 5 minutes from Big Ben / Trafalgar Square & The London Eye - you can walk to practically all of the main central attractions. Looking forward to a return trip already !

Seasoned travelers for sure. We'd rate our experience at the Conrad St. James as one of the best ever. Staff at every level were so attentive and never missed a beat in providing top notch service to guests. Great restaurants/food, location also for all we planned to see/visit. The Executive Lounge we used often as Diamond Members was a pleasant and well appreciated surprise.
