Afternoon tea , lovely atmosphere beautiful surrounding below average afternoon tea. Huge extra cost for a glass of champagne not included in the afternoon tea original cost so when presented with the bill added cost for champagne which we wasn’t informed about Below average afternoon tea had far better at the ritz for afternoon tea

I stayed here for 5 days on a work trip, it was my first time visiting, a really lovely hotel in every way. It is faultless and 5 star luxury through and through. The rooms were very spacious, extremely quiet from internal and outside noise. Lovely decor and have everything you would expect from a top level hotel. The shower experience was nothing less than the best shower I’ve had in a 5* hotel, it was like standing under a waterfall. All the staff were lovely and friendly, the food was delicious, the club sandwich was 8.5/10 the best I’ve tasted in London in recent years. Make sure you visit the piano bar in the evening, the ambience, decor and staff attention is like living in your very own James Bond Movie. Loved my stay! Thank you Corinthia!

I spent two nights here on a 'staycation' - it's a really nice hotel – room was spacious and I loved the bathroom with a separate shower and bath (with a TV), plus a huge walk in wardrobe. Bed was comfortable and the décor is a mix of modern and traditional, without being too much of either. I had a room service breakfast and although the Full English was a bit underwhelming, their in-house granola was delicious (highly recommend!) and the quality of fruit in the fruit salad was five star. Gripes were minor – the room was a bit too hot for me as the air conditioning didn't seem to work well, the TV was a bit glitchy, and there was a small gap in the curtains so an annoying chink of light came through. Yes these are small things but at this price point I'd expect everything to be perfect. But overall I had a pleasant stay.

On my girlfriend birthday I decided to offer her a tea time as a big lover of the Corinthia hotel. Matthew our server was very polite, friendly and thoughtful! Went above and beyond for us ! At the end of our tea time I explained him what we planned for my girlfriend birthday and out of nowhere came out of the kitchen with a little cake with a candle ! How sweet of him . I recently heard he got promoted as a sommelier and could be happier for him ! Keep up the good Work Matthew !

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Super comfortable Trafalgar suite, quiet and elegant and like having my own private. And fantastic service, particularly the concierges. All around just a terrific stay. My one tiny complaint is the location. Whitehall is a sort of weird district and it's a hassle driving through Trafalgar Square to get anywhere in a taxi. OTOH it's also a great location for walking to Covent Garden or SoHo or many other central spots.
