We stayed at the Corinthia for my wife's special birthday and what a memorable stay we had. From the moment the taxi door was opened by a member of the door team the fantastic customer service commenced, cases whisked away, shown to the checking desk where a drink was offered. Check in was efficient including a choice of turndown time with breakfast and restaurant times all explained, we were then shown to our room which to our lovely surprise had been upgraded to a garden suite, wow what a fantastic surprise and a truly lovely suite with the cases arrived a few minutes later which we unpacked before venturing to Kerridge's Bar for a few drinks. The bar the atmosphere service and drinks were all top notch as you would expect. We decided to give the spa a tray as the London weather wasn't being kind to us, a dedicated spa lift is available allowing robes and pool shoes to be worn. The spa is a real gem a lovely swimming pool and fantastic spa pool with everything being spotlessly clean making for a very enjoyable visit, the only slight negative is we were a little confused with regards to the booking and locker allocation procedure. perhaps a small notice in the lift or leaflet in the room would make the initial visit a little less confusing! During our stay we visited a number of the bars and restaurants in the hotel which we will cover separately. We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely hotel, it is without doubt fully worthy of its 5 star rating across all aspects. Our room was so comfortable and thank you so much for our surprise upgrade. All of the staff are a credit to the hotel all cheerful and all working hard to ensure guests have a great stay. A late checkout was arranged for us as we weren't due to travel home until later in the evening, this was much applicated and we know it does create certain pressures for the staff as they have reduced time to turn a room around. The whole hotel has a lovely relaxing calm feel is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard with top tier facilities and staff We are 100% certain we will be returning very soon. Thank you for a memorable stay. It made a special birthday trip even more special

The Corinthia delivers true 5-star accommodation. I cannot find fault with any part of the stay. The service was excellent, friendly, and professional. The Room: The King room is very large for London. A walk-in wardrobe off the entry foyer separates the huge bathroom and bedroom that have separate pocket doors. This layout works very well. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was immaculate. Turn down service always happened while we were at dinner, regardless of the time. Atmosphere: The hotel feels quiet and private - almost as if it's a well-kept secret. I only saw one other guest in our hallway the entire time; there were always people coming and going in the lobby. Amenities: The spa is huge and impressive. We did not eat at the hotel, but the lobby bar and tea area looked beautiful. Location: You are a 10 minute walk from Covent Garden and 20 minutes from Regent and Carnaby Street, and Mayfair shopping. The Mall, the Abbey, and Buckingham Palace are around the corner. The tube is a two minute walk away. Needless to say, I will stay here again.

We have stayed here on a few occasions and honestly we have had wonderful stays. It is one of our go to hotels in London. We love the location to walk everywhere. Nice to walk along the riverfront etc Service is great I feel it should be up there with some of the top hotels in London

Absolutely perfect. Elegant, luxurious and outstanding service. From the doormen who were all outstanding, the reception who found us a perfect room and the breakfast team at kerridges who all made for a delightful stay. Thanks in particular to Lucia for making sure our stay was perfect and Ruffat and his team at breakfast, who started each day for us with a big smile and incredibly attentive service We have been here many times and the hotel never disappoints. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel in a prime location, this is it.

Afternoon Tea at the Corinthia is decadence sandwiched - and deliciously so. The sandwiches are all flavoursome, the scones are moorish, and the cakes… let’s just say that when they wheel the dessert trolley round, it’s tempting to take them all. My friend and I had the heartiest of experiences. This is the premier London Afternoon Tea.
