Perfection
One more amazing stay at this luxury hotel. We have stayed many times and written many reviews, and the experience and the service continues to excel. Incredible location, luxury rooms, superb spa but once again the staff make the trip. This time special thanks to JC at the bar in Northall and Tudor with his incredible charm and photographic memory, who seems somehow be able to recognize return guests by name which makes for a very warm and welcoming feeling. Not surprisingly, we keep coming back Dr Mehta

Afternoon Tea
We booked the afternoon tea and had James as our waiter. It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we sat down. James greeted us with a smile and treated us like royalty. All the food and tea selections were excellent. We will definitely be back. The hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous selection of freshly cut flowers and piano playing in the background. We will be back. The service is 5 star and I would rate the experience 10 out of 10.

Corinthia- beautiful hotel but doesn’t respect women
Everything was great at the Corinthia, until today. I went to the hair salon and they had canceled my appointment from several months ago. They had an excuse that they had sent me an email and that I had responded that I wanted to cancel the appointment, which I DID NOT. I had been out in the rain all day and my hair looked terrible, and this is what I was facing before my fancy dinner that evening. After some argument, they managed to work me in and got the job (well) done, however, it ruined the whole experience. Then I went into the bar for a nightcap, and they didn’t like my name on the bill. Like I wasn’t good enough and only my husband existed. However, I had personally paid for the room. Inexcusable. This hotel and its misogyny needs to come into the current century (yes women can book the room and pay the bill) and the hair salon needs to get their act together. If you are a woman and you hate such stress, don’t stay here! I would suggest that women look elsewhere.

Where better to stay in London
From the time you are greeted at the entrance to the checking out upon leaving, you know Corinthia oozes quality and the staff really care. The rooms are spacious and so well appointed. We had a suite which was lovely, possibly one extra comfy chair in a vacant area in the room would have been the cherry on the cake but clutching at straws. Welcome bottle of champagne also. Beautiful dressing area and lots of space. My son and wife had a deluxe room. They were thrilled with it all. The spa is amazing with so many areas to relax in and out of the water. Every area of the hotel so clean and staff constantly available to keep areas looking perfect. We had a few teething issues which have been handled professionally by Victoria and Charlotte which says a lot about Corinthia and its staff. No one sticks their head in the sand. Issues are dealt with. Cannot wait to return. Enjoy
