Garden restaurant
Lunch in the garden restaurant was amazing. Jenny was our server and was fantastic. The service is amazing Food lovely.

We had lunch in the garden. Great menu selection and delicious food. Thank you Jenny for the warm welcome. Ended up buying flowers from the on site flower shop and it was a great service all around. I also appreciated the help of the guest service team that helped me print a gift card for a friend. Always feel like welcomed here.

Absolute sensational spot of nature
Exceptional, was greeted by a lovely guy called Carlo who was so sweet and helpful and also a lovely lady called Jenny who was so sweet and helpful. They both checked up on myself and my cousin and made it great for us.

Incredible stay. Highly recommend
We stayed for our 10 year anniversary and it did not disappoint! The staff were so professional and helpful, the location was perfect as we prefer to walk round London. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well laid out. We also visited the spa which is a must if you are staying at this gorgeous hotel.
