A nice small boutique hotel in a great location near Sloane Square, cosy, great quality and very good service, rooms at the rear overlooking the garden have lovely views and very quite! Glass of champagne on the house every evening as well to top off the day!

I stayed with my daughter in the basement room called Olivier. The room had a lovely feel to it and was very clean, however it had an external door which lead to the back garden and our view was of a white wall with some green mound!. At night I felt unsafe as I have never stayed in a room with an external door attached to it. I asked for the room to be changed and was faced with a Ā£50 upgrade charge if I wanted to proceed. I was told the hotel was fully booked but when I put the dates in into my mobile phone they came up as available dates for a room of the same spec to be booked. For me it was a basic hotel with cheap extras like crisps, tea, hot chocolate to supposedly give you a ā€˜5* experience!ā€

Our second stay this year at the excellent Draycott, small, distinctive and very comfortable. Service and facilities top notch. There is some modernisation going on - the smell of paint lingers - and our bathroom must be one of the last to be upgraded but apart from that everything wonderful.
