I had the pleasure of celebrating my 25th birthday in this amazing setting. Julia was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she really supported me throughout the entire experience and beyond. The food was of excellent quality, and the service was very thorough. The atmosphere is beautiful, overlooking the garden in the heart of Chelsea.

We had a lovely stay at The Chelsea Townhouse. Close to Sloane Square, but nice and quiet. We booked a Chelsea King and it was spacious with a lovely view over the garden. Everyone was super friendly and we had a lovely note and some treats as a welcome in the room. It was very quiet and we had a relaxing stay. Will definitely return when next in London.

We stayed at the hotel over our wedding weekend and just wanted to say how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole weekend feel really special for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, spotless, and finished to such a high standard. The grounds are also stunning and made the whole setting feel even more special for such an important weekend. A special thank you to Alex, Simos, and Christian, who were all fantastic and really helped make our stay memorable. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping make our wedding weekend such a lovely experience. We would happily recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to return in the future.
