Fantastic service
We hired the CHELSEA Townhouse’s front room for an event for 5 days and received the best service we could have ever expected. All the members of staff were ever so kind and helpful - a special mention for Cristian the concierge, always smiling and ready to help.

Big disappointment
So disappointing to book a junior suite only to discover there is no bath and the bathroom Is tiny. Only one basin and only room for one person at a time. I would expect that from a standard room maybe but not a suite. The hotel used to be beautiful with wonderful bathrooms and we have been regulars for 30 years but since the make over it is grey and dreary.
