Draycott Hotel

Terrific place to stay. Wonderful staff. Abdul, Alexandra, Samantha/General Manager went above and beyond call of duty and frankly every staff member was exceedingly gracious. Great location near Sloane Square with plenty of cabs, buses and tube connections. Lots of restaurants and shopping, very safe residential area with centralized access to theaters, museums, and basically every major London landmark.

The Chelsea Townhouse is absolutely perfect. Elegant accommodations, but not fussy. Helpful service, but not intrusive. We stayed in a Garden Suite and you could have heard a pin drop it was so quiet, yet it's less than a five minute walk from Sloane Square, underground station, shopping, great restaurants, etc. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was better than ours at home. I'd like to especially commend Abdul and Alex at the reception desk who were both extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of service. I don't know if five stars is adequate for this place! I recommend Colbert restaurant in Sloane Square as well as Amaya, which is a pleasant 15 minute walk (see separate reviews for those).

Service is exceptional, up there with the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Went with wife and our 7 month old and everything was seamless. Rooms are very nice, get garden suite if you can. Location of hotel is unbeatable, near the action but still very quiet neighborhood. Very cosy, low key but luxurious hotel - exactly what we wanted.

Sumi is the consummate professional! It was wonderful to see her every evening for a cozy drink in front of the fire as she was so attentive . Thanks to her for making my solo trip so much more enjoyable ! I’ll be back to the Chelsea Townhouse because of people like her who truly care about their guests . I’d also like to say that everyone on the staff is so professional and warm and welcoming. They make the hotel a true home away from home. Thank you!

This was the second stay for us at the Chelsea Townhouse. It is exceptional in every way...ambience, dedicated staff, exceptional breakfast, and cozy, comfortable lounge areas. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. The reception managers are welcoming and helpful, and Ariel was a delight to chat with while enjoying a drink by the fireplace many evenings after a full day out. The Chelsea Townhouse is a treasure, in the best neighborhood in London!
