From the moment I arrived, the team at Chelsea Townhouse made me feel completely at home – and I have to give special thanks to Abdul, the manager, who truly went above and beyond. I wasn’t entirely happy with my original room in a sister property, and Abdul couldn’t have been more accommodating. He personally took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure everything about my stay was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care turned what could have been an average stay into one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in London. Nothing was too small or too much trouble for him. Thanks to Abdul, I’m now a huge fan of this property. Oh and the rooms are beautiful, the views over the square are to die for, and the overall atmosphere is charming, elegant, and quintessentially Chelsea. Can’t recommend Chelsea Townhouse enough! The Chelsea Townhouse felt like a home away from home. The staff was lovely. Alexandria helped us get settled and gave us a personal tour of the property. The lush garden views, lavish amenities, and convenient location made the stay incredible. I would recommend this location to anyone who is coming to London for the 1st or 500th time.

Everything about the Chelsea Townhouse was perfect. The warmth and positivity of the team was second to none and everyone took such care in all aspects of our stay. The team made us feel right at home. The breakfasts and coffee were delicious and the townhouse was gorgeous. Will be back!!!

We visited the Chelsea Townhouse Hotel for brunch and cocktails, and it was such a lovely experience. Our waitress, Dil, was absolutely professional, friendly, and attentive .she really made us feel welcome. The cocktails were perfectly made and beautifully presented, and the brunch was delicious. The hotel itself is stunning elegant, cozy, and full of charm. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful afternoon. Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant and special thanks to Dil for her outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
