I’m so glad I started my first visit to the UK with a stay at The Franklin. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect in an ultra posh neighborhood with plenty of dining, shopping, and sightseeing within walking distance and easy access to trains and buses. The interior design of the hotel is sexy and moody, transporting you to a different time with its black walls and art deco touches. The room was spacious, comfortable, and stunning with beautiful courtyard views. I will definitely be back and will be recommending The Franklin to anyone I know traveling to London!

The staff at The Franklin London were professional and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. My room was extremely comfortable, and I was pleased to see how nicely decorated it was. I had a four course meal at their restaurant. It was one of the most pleasurable meals i've had in a long time. Each dish was a culinary experience. The bar has a mixologist who created some of the most wonderful cocktails I ever had. I hope I get another opportunity to stay The Franklin London again in the future.

Florentina was our server each day for breakfast and was so delightful. She is friendly and quick and always had a big smile for us. She heard we were celebrating our anniversary and indulged us by listening to the story of how we met in London. Such a sweetheart. We found the staff overall to exude similar caring and kind manners, adding to the beauty of this stunning hotel. It's near a main street and convenient to the Underground, sites and restaurants, yet still quiet. Thank you, Florentina, and The Franklin for a wonderful stay. —Kristen Kirk

From the attentive greeting on arrival, through reception, beautifully turned out room with the silkiest bed linen we have ever experienced - we had a peaceful, relaxing two night stay ! Oh, and we highly recommend the restaurant too! Highly recommended for luxury at a very reasonable price.
