A modern, upscale hotel!
The location was terrific. Major sites were approx 20m on the underground. The hotel has lots of dining options. You definitely feel like you’re in the city- hustle and bustle. I would choose Andaz on my next trip. Only complaint is our only window looked ontoan indoor courtyard. In the evening it was pitch dark since they turned off the lights. Obviously not the best room but the overall vibe and service offset that.

Excellent hotel in the centre of the city
Excellent staff, great location, lovely breakfast as well as facilities. Close to train station to get to all the tourist destinations

Excellent hotel conveniently located
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is top notch and very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is walking distance to the Underground/Rail station. I took the train from London Heathrow to the Liverpool street station just a short walk to the Andaz. The house keeping was excellent and the room very comfortable and quiet.

Top class service and comfort, special shout out to Sam
Fantastic stay at the Andaz; staff were fantastic, particularly Sam who welcomed us, offered us a drink and left us a lovely note to wish us a lovely evening (my sister and I were off to Abba Voyage). Beds really comfortable, room quiet and lovely decor and ambiance. We didn't use the restaurant for breakfast, but just had a drink before we went out. All round excellent. Sorry we didn't see Sam to thank him before we checked out. Great team.
