This is going to be our default hotel in London. This is by far the best hotel I stayed in. The service is amazing - everyone is trying to make it an incredible experience for you as a guest. The location was great for us - very close to shopping and the street is fantastic. We took the breakfast and it was worth every penny. Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean.

Here last October. The vibe is great! Really amazing. The staff name Anna? Annie? Ann? I dont remember the exact name but she's really proactive and her nice.

What a gem - this hotel is amazing! The location, the design the food and above all the staff were some of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel in London - from check-in to checkout it was flawless and you can feel they genuinely care about the guests and go above and beyond at ever opportunity. Would go back to stay again in a flash!!

Excellent hotel spoilt only by a bad bar. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and despite the busy location there was no noise from the street. Service was great with attention to detail and charm. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner at Alex Dilling. The pool is large enough for lap swimming though the lighting is a little dim. Only the bar failed to live up to expectations. It was crowded, had very intrusive music even early in the evening, cocktails were weak and overpriced anď service not very good. Nearby tables got nibbles but despite being a group of 4 and ordering two rounds of cocktails we got nothing. They the had the temerity to add 15% service AND leave the gratuity line on the bill open! No way was it worth a tip.

Treated myself to an Afternoon Tea, in The Grill Room, (the space is very ornately decrated) after doing my last bit of Christmas shopping! Staff lovely and attentive and took my coat and extra bag to their cloakroom, saved having to make sure I didn't have to make sure bag was tucked away under table to prevent and trips. Just the right amountto eat so that I didn't leave in a food coma! Two lovely glasses of Verve Cliquot Rosé champagne. Even had a little plate with a candle and 'Congratuations' piped on the plate to celebrate my final shopping trip! I didn't feel that I had to rush and could have spent the rest of the day there! Arrived around half twelve (although table booked for 13.15) and left just after three. Thoroughly recommend a visit.
