One of the best hotels in London. The location is excellent. The service is brilliant. Room is clean and smells nice. I will defently come back. The check in should be at 13:00 or 14:00 not more than that!

Cafe Royal was everything I expected. It lived up to it's price (it's not cheap, that's the only reason I might not return so soon). It's near to the metro, and walking distance of many touristic atractions. The staff is very polite and friendly (most of them at least). The hotel also have very nice rate to change dolars to pounds, which was very helpfull. Overall I had a lovelly stay!

My wife and I booked the hotel through our Avios points as a special 20th Wedding Anniversary treat. Our stay lived up to all expectations. The location of the hotel is obviously fantastic but it was the service we received from all the staff that was the stand out experience. Yes you expect great service at a hotel of this stature but it really did feel like the staff went out of their way to make it special. From the reception service, to the welcome treats in the room, to the service in the Green Bar, to the dinner service....it made the weekend very special. Thank you to all the staff.

This hotel is outstanding. Every possible need was anticipated and the small courtesies and welcoming touches were abundant. I especially enjoyed the Oscar Wilde poem left during my first night's turndown service.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The service was impeccable and the rooms and facilities are really top notch. It's hidden location on Regent street makes for amazing views and great access to the West End and shopping. Inside the hotel is extremely quiet - making for an oasis in the nearby scrum. It is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Will certainly visit again.
