Had an amazing stay at the hotel.Terrific location amenities in the room.Everything about this hotel is impressive. What really differentiates is the quality of the staff.Huge thanks to Pearson for his exemplary service and creating nice memories.we will certainly return back.

From the second we arrived at the entrance we were met with friendly smiles and a heartfelt welcome. The desk clerk even gave us a quick tour of the hotel, with cool anecdotes to tie the hotel together with Londons history. Our children was greeted with a double decker red bus suvenir to accompany their stay. These are cherished. HR showed us to the room, and what a room. Not to talk about that HR from the time we arrived til we entered the room, had treated the room with sweets and drinks to our liking. Our preferences they picked up while talking to us in the foajé. What about that!! :-) The room was delicate, relaxing and fresh. AC was super. Never slept better away from home! Breakfast was nothing but fantastic. Perfect eggs, really good coffee and all you desire to have a perfect start in the morning. Even the staffs smalltalk is chill and no stress. Upon checkout, the HR crew was helpful storing our luggage safe until we left for the airport. We had a lovely stay. Thank you so much, you all! Hotel Cafe Royal, London offers the most exquisite first class experience! From your arrival to check-in, the staff are polite, very helpful and knowledgeable! Pearson in particular was on top of his game! He went the extra mile always - nothing was beyond his reach! Within a few minutes of checking in, it becomes obvious that a common thread runs through every staff!! Your comfort is their primary concern! I observed other guests just to see whether they were happy and I over-heard most of them expressing their delightful experiences! The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, sparkling clean and the attention to detail is beyond parallel! The room service is world class - efficient and spot-on with every order! The laundry is better than your typical dry cleaning service! And when you think it is all done, pay a visit to the Spa! It is a whole new experience in Spa treatment!! I needed to move around frequently and the Concierge team was on hand to even walk me across the street!! Wonderful people!! Such is the infinite nature of adventure - you think you have seen it all until you visit one more magical place that completely blows your mind away!! I doubt I can ever be in another place that can rival Hotel Cafe Royal - London! It is a gem of gems!! Unforgettable stay!!!

Stayed for 3 nights in the hotel Café Royal. The room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the marble bathroom! The in-house spa and pool were really great. I was not sure what theme the hotel was indicating. Some areas were with a Japanese touch, then French touch and then again British touch. The location is the absolut best! Yet I won’t give a 5* as I missed the personal atmosphere when you enter the hotel, the reception staff didn’t even bother to lift their heads to welcome incoming guests. And the breakfast area was not well managed, that sometimes the staff forgot to check on guests needs. I had to look for a staff member to order my breakfast. Even though I didn’t need it, I thought it was strange for that kind of hotel to mention to guests that you can only order 1 plate from the breakfast menu. Was a nice stay but I will book another hotel next time, as London has great offers!

We stayed at the Café Royal as a treat for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Pearson and the team pulled out all the stops. We were welcomed to a beautifully decorated room with champagne, rose petals, balloons, an amazing chocolate cake, and some lovely personal touches which made us both smile. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both said we had one of the best nights sleep we’d had in a while! The room also had integrated bluetooth speakers which was a great option to have. We loved being able to play some music throughout the room. Roberto in the Green Room bar looked after us wonderfully with some awesome cocktails, and we had a lovely dinner in the main restaurant in the evening. The fillet steak I had was perfect! Breakfast was also brilliant, with a great range of options to choose from. Whilst staying at the hotel we made use of the spa to have a recharge from both having busy work lives, and it was incredibly relaxing. The space itself was quiet and intimate, and importantly, not too busy at all. Loved the little hidden pool at the back and trying some floatation devices to relax. Exactly what we needed. We’d absolutely stay again. All the staff were wonderful, extremely welcoming and friendly, and made us both feel really special. We couldn’t recommend it enough, especially if you want to celebrate a special occasion. Aside from that quality of the stay - if you’re venturing out and about around London it couldn’t be better situated, with Regent Street on the doorstep, and many of the sites of London a short distance away!
