Reviews for Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel
We stayed 5 nights at Jumeirah Lowndes in a junior suite . It is nice but not a big suite it is just as a size of a normal room but it had some extras like Sofa bed and a bidet in toilet. There is a coffee machine in the room .we reserved the hotel with continental breakfast but there is a menu if you need to add some eggs and you will be charged the difference. The hotel location is really nice and very close to lots of luxury shops , Harrods &the Hyde park. Waitrose market is just 2 mins walk and L’Eto . The staff is nice and friendly specially .you can easily get a taxi at the hotel’s doorstep. Overall it was a nice place .

Location is great, brilliant value for money and can’t wait to come back! Staff are friendly and will do anything to help you. We were welcomed to the treat of being given a free upgrade to a junior as it was our anniversary. Then to be told that they had given us £100 credit for food and drink in their restaurant & free breakfast. When getting to the beautiful suite we also had flowers, wine, chocolates and spa gift waiting! Me and my husband was in shock! Very grateful to everyone here. On a Saturday parking round the next street is free after 1.30pm so parked there and walked up to the hotel. Breakfast we had room service, food was lovely and up to us within 15mins all fresh! House keeping bring an iron and iron board up literally minutes after calling them. They also bring up a bucket and ice as seen we had wine with us! Attention to guest detail here is top class, all credit to your team! Thank you x

Husband and I spent 2 nights here as part of a city mini break. Sometimes you are drawn to a hotel more by price and style rather than location. This was one of those occasions. The Lowndes is situated in a residential area a short walk from Harvey Nicholls and is part of the Jumeirah chain. Staff were very welcoming in this very luxurious pad. We had one of the standard rooms which was lovely and comfortable - there’s a Nespresso coffee maker, giant tv, chocolate covered dates, slippers, robes, snazzy toiletries and a tablet to read the newspaper! Bed was comfortable-just one small downside, the sink tap in the bathroom - it was more like a hooked bottle opener and turning it on and off was not easy. I ended up washing my face with cold water and cleaning my teeth with hot water. Felt that was style over practicality!! We ate in the restaurant on one evening, food was delicious- I had a burger and husband had fish and chips. Desserts were impressive. Recommended.

Really well located hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge - rooms very comfortable with huge Queen size beds. Staff were to a person really courteous and a great advert for the hotel. First hotel where you got hot towels given to you at reception on arrival! We ate in the restaurant and the food was a of a very good standard. Breakfast was extremely good. Parked close by in Cadogan Square which was a 2 minute walk awaY.
