From the moment we arrived at this Boutique Hotel for a night we immediately felt at home.... All the hotel staff were so welcoming and pleasant ensuring we enjoyed our stay.... The room was very spacious given it was central London and very nicely presented and equipped... The location was excellent within walking distance of Knightsbridge Underground Station, Hyde Park and Harrods nestled in the heart Belgravia.... Breakfast was excellent and it's nice to have your own in room Tea & Coffee making facility so many 5* Hotels don't these days. The Bed was extremely comfortable too and as the hotel's in a quiet area (only the distant sound of an occasional Supercar) all was good for a great nights sleep...

Good hotel enjoyed the stay and has a couple of improvements that would help The value is excessive for one night on less than 24 sq meter rooms and the integrity of the rooms such as accessories and furniture need renews. I had toilets accessories falling down, and i could smell cigarets through HVAC system. Good things about the hotel, location and Staff are v supportive.

This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in London Rooms - We got upgraded to a executive suite which was just perfect, modern, spacious and airy Service - The most important element of this hotel is its service, its incredible it's the same quality service you would expect in Dubai. All the staff were incredible from the receptionists to the concierge. Location- You couldn't ask for a better location right in the heart of one of the nicest areas of London Would definitely recommend this hotel we will definitely be returning

Bathroom was tiny, bedroom TV didn't work, freebies cheap and minimal, not plush and extravagant in any way, breakfast was absolutely terrible, more 2 star - I was quite ill afterwards, lots of international families wandering around in shorts, scruffy t-shirts and flip flops (just an observation by the way). On the good side, an excellent location for snob shops, and filthy rich houses, and the bed was comfy! Sorry but I wont be going back. I like my 5 star to be just that!
