Special treat - amazing!
A special place with stunning décor. I was treated to a stay at the beautiful Landmark Hotel for my birthday. We had a huge room overlooking the Palm Court, which was exceptionally clean. There was a great selection at breakfast, and the afternoon tea was delicious. I would highly recommend it for a special occasion, and the staff were professional and welcoming.

This was our second trip in 2 weeks to the landmark , the December trip was clunky due to fully booked and time of year , a mid jan trip felt much more client centric , few things have changed over the years , no longer has on site or valet parking , you are directed to a NCP 65.00 per 24 hours , unsure which is quite near , but be prepared to drop bags ,and walk back to hotel .... Hotels rooms are well appointed and have felt quiet . breakfast was excellent topped by some really good service by Bella , newly trained but showing she cares about the client outcome , really impressive and best of luck with your career . Well recommended for central London .

Amazing team and The Landmark London!
I dont even need to comment on the hotel itself, you already know everything was 10/10 from appearance to cleanliness & comfort. What stood out for me was the customer service. Amazing staff! The receptionist, the cleaners, the young bellboy who greeted us with a smile and held a good conversation to the customer service team who arranged to post out some belongings i had left behing which i received in less then 4 days after contact! Will definitely be returning to The Landmark London!
