Incredible staff with an amazing full English Breakfast, High Tea, and overall ambience. We stayed in a family room, and it was worth every penny! We'll be back for sure!

It was my first time in years visiting London, and I was so grateful to have met Dalia at the concierge desk. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and full of insight about the city. I wasn’t sure where to start with places to visit and dine, but every single recommendation she gave was absolutely perfect with restaurants to hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own.
