The Landmark has become our preferred hotel in London. The rooms, restaurants and bars are all of a high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful. The open atrium creates a unique atmosphere both in the mezzanine bar and in the main restaurant. Everything is airy and light, even in the middle of winter.

Our stay at The Landmark London was nothing short of exceptional and truly helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A very special mention must go to Millie, who was absolutely fantastic on the day of my wedding. She took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, helping the day run smoothly and removing any stress. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding, and we are incredibly grateful for all her support. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every guest in our wedding party commented on how impressed they were with both the hotel and the exceptional level of service they received throughout their stay. I’d also like to give a huge shout-out to Matt and the team at the Great Central Pub. They were amazing in hosting our after-ceremony drinks, creating a wonderful atmosphere and looking after our guests so well. Their friendliness and hospitality made the celebration even more special. The Landmark London exceeded all our expectations. The combination of a beautiful venue, luxurious accommodation, and genuinely outstanding staff made for an unforgettable experience. We cannot thank the team enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended.

My afternoon tea experience at The Landmark London was absolutely exceptional and easily one of the highlights of my trip to London. The stunning Winter Garden, with its soaring glass atrium, palm trees, and elegant atmosphere, creates a truly unforgettable setting that feels both luxurious and relaxing. The food was outstanding, from the delicate finger sandwiches and warm scones to the beautifully crafted pastries. Everything was fresh, delicious, and presented with great attention to detail. What made the experience even more memorable was the exceptional service from Roshan and Ruziel. As a solo traveler, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism elevated the entire experience and made me feel completely at ease. Having experienced several of London’s renowned afternoon teas, I can confidently say that if you only have time for one afternoon tea in London, The Landmark should be your priority over many of the other famous venues. The combination of the breathtaking setting, outstanding food, and impeccable service creates an experience that is difficult to surpass. A heartfelt thank you to Roshan and Ruziel for making my visit so special. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to London.
