The Landmark London

This is constantly an amazing hotel and has been so, for the past 30+ years. Our arrival at the hotel yesterday started exceptionally with the welcome by the doorman Rupert, who I’ve known over many years, who remembered my name (even though I’m only an occasional guest). Rupert’s professionalism and care in the execution of his job is truly exceptional!!

A fabulous stay over the weekend …… made very special by Rommel at the Champagne bar , he is a very talented bar man who creates his own wonderful cocktails and his professional service is of the highest quality . We shall return to the bar to visit him very soon

Wonderful hotel centrally located in London. We will definitely come back.

My goodness me. What a wonderful experience. A group of us were celebrating a friend's birthday. We had dinner at the hotel. The restaurant is so glamorous, and peaceful. All the staff were so gracious. The food was simply delightful. It was a real treat.

I recently stayed at The Landmark for my birthday and while there was a minor disruption at the beginning of my stay, what impressed me most was the way the hotel responded. Rather than allowing it to define my experience, the team completely transformed my stay. The Landmark's beautiful character, excellent location, spacious rooms, and outstanding room service are all reasons I continue to return. However, London has many luxury hotels that can offer similar facilities. What makes The Landmark stand apart is its people. I would particularly like to acknowledge Tim from the Concierge team, who was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and always happy to help. Alex, one of the porters, brought warmth, charisma, and personality to every interaction. I would also like to thank Viktoriia in the Champagne Lounge, whose service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful experience, and her attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. These are the people who make this hotel truly special. Their commitment to delivering outstanding service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience and keeps guests returning year after year. Thank you to everyone who helped make my birthday so memorable. I look forward to returning again very soon.
