Excellent Service from Gianmarco
We had such a wonderful afternoon tea experience with Gianmarco while celebrating my sister’s bridal party! 💕🥂 There were 7 of us, and Gianmarco was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made us all feel so welcome. His service really helped make the afternoon extra special for my sister and the whole bridal party. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating such a special occasion. 💍✨ A huge thank you to Gianmarco for making our experience so memorable. We truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service. We would definitely recommend it and hope to come back again! 💕

We had a lovely afternoon tea at The Landmark London. The setting was beautiful and the food was delicious, but the highlight was definitely our server, Diyor. He was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive and professional, and made us feel so well looked after. A real credit to the hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

We started at the Landmark to celebrate our anniversary, the whole experience was fantastic. Especially the staff - Millie really looked after us and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and special.

Dinner in the Winter Garden Restaurant
We had a wonderful meal in the Winter Garden Restaurant choosing from the set menu. The pianist was great and added to a relaxing atmosphere. What really made it a special evening was the wonderful service through out. Especially from Helmi and Mihai, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we will definitely return. Maybe for Afternoon Tea next time.
