short break
This was our second trip in 2 weeks to the landmark , the December trip was clunky due to fully booked and time of year , a mid jan trip felt much more client centric , few things have changed over the years , no longer has on site or valet parking , you are directed to a NCP 65.00 per 24 hours , unsure which is quite near , but be prepared to drop bags ,and walk back to hotel .... Hotels rooms are well appointed and have felt quiet . breakfast was excellent topped by some really good service by Bella , newly trained but showing she cares about the client outcome , really impressive and best of luck with your career . Well recommended for central London .

Amazing team and The Landmark London!
I dont even need to comment on the hotel itself, you already know everything was 10/10 from appearance to cleanliness & comfort. What stood out for me was the customer service. Amazing staff! The receptionist, the cleaners, the young bellboy who greeted us with a smile and held a good conversation to the customer service team who arranged to post out some belongings i had left behing which i received in less then 4 days after contact! Will definitely be returning to The Landmark London!

Fantastic food and service
We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful five-star hotel. We came for breakfast with our family and enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It was a very special and relaxing experience, and we would highly recommend it. Big thank you to Malisa, Hotel Manager at The Landmark hotel and her entire team.-

Relaxed exquisite lunch in London
Lovely lunch with an outstanding tiramisu and friendly welcome. We love visiting The Landmark; it is like going on holiday and sitting in an elegant courtyard. Even if it is pouring with rain on Marylebone Road, it feels like a summers day by the palm trees in the Winter Garden
