Lovely experience ruined by aggressively nasty staffer
The hotel is lovely and the Winter Garden restaurant was delightful for a lunchtime business meeting, but the experience was ruined by an aggressively nasty black-suited male staff member who felt like I owed him a full conversation, and lectured me at length - in front of colleagues! - about being “impolite” and “too busy to have a conversation.” We were all appalled by his behavior towards a guest. I did notify the hotel about the incident.

A lovely experience
Had a great time in a nice atmosphere with my husband for our anniversary. Kostas, our waiter, checked in frequently and knew our needs before we had to ask. Highly recommend

Great hotel, extremely hard beds
The hotel experience itself was amazing. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we have experienced in London. The newly refurbished gym and pool areas are great. Though the pool area is extremely humid. We wouldn’t stay here however due to the poor quality of sleep we all got. We stayed in the Marylebone suite. The beds were the hardest we ever experienced anywhere. This coupled with wedding music pumping at night (kids couldn’t sleep) even with white noise running in the room, meant that we all slept very poorly

The Landmark is THE best place to have afternoon tea in London!
This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in London. Pick The Landmark as your afternoon tea destination—we were originally heading to a different spot, but were rebooked to The Landmark and I’m so happy it ended up this way—I wouldn’t have wanted a different tea experience. Roshan was excellent. He explained the entire menu and was so attentive and kind. He made this experience so amazing! I would not pick anywhere else—the atmosphere, bites and tea were delicious as well. This is a London MUST!
