Had a fabulous afternoon tea. From the minute you walk in the hotel smells gorgeous and you feel welcome. The staff are friendly and the service throughout was amazing, so helpful. The sandwiches were traditional and very tasty and they were unlimited. The scones arrived warm with a choice of jam which is a lovely touch. Also more available if you have room. Plus delicate and gorgeous set of cakes. The tea was continually topped up and fresh supplied when cold. Overall this was an excellent experience and was really special for a birthday treat. Would 100% recommend.

The Landmark is best described as “quirky” whether it is the palm trees in the winter garden or its location next to London’s loveliest station (Marylebone). I stayed for a week and had no complaints; consistently good service (very customer er focused, very polite and smiley), excellent standard of decor throughout, superb bathrooms and toiletries, great bed linen. Spa is nice too. I’d recommend this hotel, especially in the summer for its proximity to Regents Oark and Marylebone High Street.

I have been twice to the Landmark Hotel for afternoon, both times with my Mum. The setting is beautiful. They do themed teas for special times of years and there is an option of traditional or chocolate, with or without champagne. A choice of jams to go with scones. My Mum can be shy, but the staff at the Landmark are not interfering but always put her at ease. They are friendly and eager to refill sandwiches, or take drink orders, and they do not rush you. They also check if there are any dietary requirements before serving. The food is lovely - we had 4 finger sandwiches - coronation chicken, ham, cucumber and egg mayo. All on different breads. Refills are generously given (which is nice not to be made to feel guilty, as my favourite part are the sandwiches and some places can make you feel greedy asking for more!). 2 scones each (1 fruit and 1 plain) and our chosen jam (1 choice per person) and then 4 little cakes each. I thought I wouldn't be able to fit in a cake, but with a perfect balance of flavours and not too heavy.... I did manage and thoroughly enjoyed. I think you can ask to take them home if you don't finish them, but i didn't like the chances of getting them home in one piece at rush hour, so we forced ourselves. Thank you to the staff, who were very welcoming and I really appreciated that. We would highly recommend and can't wait to return.

I visited The Landmark for dinner with my mother at the end of November and from the moment we arrived we were given first class service. All the staff were exceptional and so attentive. The food was presented well and tasted superb. A special thank you must go to Alex, Lea and Marta who made our evening so memorable, helping us with food and wine recommendations, they are really an asset to the hotel. We will certainly be returning and hope to stay next time, thank you.
