The Landmark London

The Landmark Hotel delivers an afternoon tea experience that is genuinely exceptional. The venue itself is impressive, elegant, calm and beautifully detailed, but what really elevates the entire visit is the service. Attentive, polished and genuinely warm, the team strike a rare balance between professionalism and personal care. The refill option is a real highlight. It turns what could be a standard sitting into something indulgent, relaxed and properly generous, which is exactly how afternoon tea should feel, especially on Christmas Eve. A refined, high-quality experience that feels considered rather than formulaic. The Landmark sets a very high bar.

Visited for the festive afternoon tea and it was lovely. The Winter Garden atrium is stunning — all that natural light and the palm trees create a beautiful setting, and the festive decorations were tasteful rather than overdone. Food was excellent throughout. Sandwiches fresh and generous, scones warm with plenty of clotted cream, and the festive pastries actually tasted as good as they looked. The mulled wine tartlet was a highlight. Special mention to our waiter Roshan, who was brilliant — attentive, warm, and paced everything perfectly. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their work. He made the experience. Not cheap, but worth it for a treat. Would happily return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Landmark is one of Londons quiet and relaxing places to have afternoon tea, a business meeting, or a glass of champagne before catching the train back to Aylesbury. The ambience is perfect and welcoming. Definitely a good stop after a day of shopping. 5 out of 5

We stayed at The Landmark for 3 nights and hosted our wedding at the hotel. It was the best week of our lives! From the concierge team to the restaurant staff, to the team running our event and most importantly our event manager - Lewis Worrall - every person we met with who worked at The Landmark have been so friendly, incredibly helpful, professional and gone above and beyond to make our stay and wedding special. Highly recommend the hotel with its beautiful facilities, delicious food and brilliant team. Can’t recommend Lewis enough, he really is incredible at what he does and we were incredibly lucky to have him!

Louis took exceptional care of us at dinner. The whole team took great care of our table - meal and wine were top! The pianist was the perfect cherry on top (beautiful music but not too loud)
