What a shame!! Have stayed here before, great rooms, today used as a day base.champagne bar super as usual but reception were rude !! I was shocked!! Really computer says no attitude … definitwly not 5 star … making me rethink my choices….

We were made to feel very special by all the staff while celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary. Excellent service from Roshan at breakfast looking after us. A lovely bar tender ( sorry didn’t get his name) on Friday night in the Mirror bar also was wonderful. We hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely wonderful experience, here for my birthday and Roshan and the whole team were attentive efficient and brilliant We had a wonderful time. Roshan kindly also brought out a complimentary birthday cake with a candle which was a wonderful gesture. They also accommodated Halal for us at short notice which was so appreciated One of the best afternoon teas in London. A must visit for all. Ambience environment setting service people all 10/10
