The Landmark London

My recent stay in London was unforgettable, and The Landmark London Horek exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect, from the service to the comfort. It was beyond beautiful, and even the photos don’t do it justice. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed at The Landmark last night with my wife, it was ok. The rooms are charged at a premium rate, but nothing about the stay felt premium. I emailed before hand to explain it was a special occasion, a very special anniversary, they just sent me a list of all the extra charges they could apply for a number of items. I ended up paying £90 for some led candles and rose petals, what a waste of money, the petals were plastic and the display wasn’t great, not for £90. Not even a card, message or a gesture to say happy anniversary. The room itself was nice enough, although a shower over the bath that didnt really work, you had to run around to get wet. The champagne bar is nice, food and service were very good. Breakfast about average, but not considering the price they charge for it. Overall, we felt underwhelmed, who’d is such a shame as we had wanted to stay there for quite some time. Sadly, we wouldnt return, it’s just not worth the price point, there are so many other better options in London. Come on Landmark, you can do better than this!

This is an exceptional hotel. The attention of the staff is first class, from the doormen to the ladies at breakfast, the level of service is extraordinary. Breakfast itself is amazing in the lobby or upstairs, which was quieter. Great place to stay if you are planning to go to Wembley Stadium, as Marylebone Station has direct and easy train access. The surrounding area is a good mix of locals and a few tourists, with some local pubs and Baker Street not far away.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Landmark Hotel in London, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kostas. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm, friendly, and professional service. Kostas was attentive without ever being intrusive, anticipated our needs perfectly, and made sure every detail of our evening was just right. His recommendations were excellent, and his genuine care and enthusiasm made our dinner feel truly special. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant, and Kostas’s exceptional hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. Thank you, Kostas, for looking after us so wonderfully. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend the Landmark Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.In short, lovely people looking after us.
