Having just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel between 21st to 24th April with the family, I would like to compliment the staff and management at the Landmark. From the moment we arrived, the attention from all members of staff was impeccable. All welcoming and very friendly. A special mention to the concierge team who could not be more helpful and accommodating and a special mention goes to Romain. Room 633 and 635 was very nice and spacious. Traditional in decoration but the quality of finish was very high. London hotel rooms can be very small and compact but these rooms suited us perfectly. Breakfast in the atrium was lovely and quality of food was amazing. Location ideal for Wembley Stadium as right next to Marylebone Station and Baker Street underground a short walk to get around the city. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

At the front desk Claudio instantly made me feel welcome and I thank him so much for his kind, warm and exceptional approach to customer relations. Housekeeping and valet were indeed superb addition to the excellence of service and they made it feel more like a home than hotel. What a joy they made it for me to stay here. It pains me to write this, but it's important to note, breakfast was disheartening and my last memory of the hotel. Catia a supervisor gave a un welcome greeting, she did not say good morning, & her demeanour was unfriendly. She blurted out a "football team was there for breakfast as if they were more priority to her, and I can't understand what importance that is to tell me? She insisted on making me feel like she was too busy and had higher priorities. A Supervisor to me should be an example of incredible customer service. Everyone is a VIP & important. Overall, the rest of the landmark team made up for this. Thank you.

Stayed there for 3 nights in November. Didn't like the first room I got because it was kind of dirty (carpet, headboard and desk). Talked to the front desk and got upgraded to another room right away. Great service. Close to public transit, just a matter of crossing the street. Really cozy bar.

What a perfect hotel. Rooms are great. Breakfast is great. Near great restaurants. Across the street from the tube station... but what makes this hotel stand apart from others is their service. Andrew is in a class of his own! And everyone who works at the hotel makes you feel like you are a part of their family. I travel a lot for Business and this is a hotel you can enjoy both for business and for pleasure. I want to go back!

Booked a corner executive room for 2 nights on 31/3/17 as a late birthday treat whilst on holiday in London. Checked in and to my shock and delight was upgraded to the Grand Central Suite!!! Most amazing room ive stayed at in my life, extremely spacious, comfortable and amazing in general, exceeded all my expectations. Bathroom was heavenly, impeccably spacious, white marble everywhere, soft fluffy towels, heated floors, literally no faults. Extremely comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and sofa in the lounge area. Ordered some desserts from room service- chocolate brownie, sticky toffee pudding and apple crumble all of which were out of this world. Hotel decor is beautiful especially at the winter garden area and check in process was very smooth and friendly. Will only stay here when I am back in London and recommend this hotel to literally anyone. Huge thank you to the hotel for the upgrade, the room was a treat of a lifetime and made for an extremely memorable birthday. I will never forget the experience I had there and I cannot wait to stay at The Landmark London again in the future as it provided me with the best hotel stay I have ever had.
