Absolutely sensational stay! Thank you Rommel!
We had an amazing stay at the landmark, somewhere we’ve always wanted to visit and so glad we did. This hotel is exceptional and the service is beyond that. A special mention to Rommel, his knowledge of the drinks available was exceptional, it was so nice to be able to sit at the bar with my partner and chat to him. Landmark hotel London you have an incredible employee, nothing was too much for him and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. We’ve stayed in most luxury hotels in the London and this has by far been our favourite thanks to Rommel. We will absolutely be back soon to laugh and have a chat with our favourite barman. Feedback for Sharon – Landmark Hotel, 5th December 2025 I would like to share some positive feedback about Sharon, who looked after us on 5th December 2025 at the Landmark Hotel. Sharon was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Her friendly manner and calm professionalism created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and nothing felt like too much trouble. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work, and it truly enhanced our experience. Staff like Sharon make all the difference, and she is a real credit to the Landmark Hotel. Thank you again for such lovely service — we really appreciated it.

Lovely dining experience
A lovely seasonal 3 course meal with fizz - delicious food and great service from Helmi. A lovely experience all round! We had a lovely cocktail to start in the bar upstairs.

London lunch course
Came with my partner for an early Valentine’s Day treat / anniversary lunch. Everything was spectacular from the atmosphere to the food and service. Our waitress, Rodica, was delightful and also gave us some useful information about the hotel. We can’t wait to come back :)
