The Landmark London

Firstly the room was amazing and on top of that the buffet was absolutely amazing and proved that all little things count but I would like to thank Eugenia and Charlene for their brilliant service at this hotel. I 100% recommend this hotel to any family coming to London.

We cannot thank The Landmark staff enough for a wonderful two night stay in December 2025. We stayed to attend a ceremony just over the road, in Old Marylebone Town Hall. Staying at The Landmark made a special occasion very special indeed. The room was just lovely, the view over the Winter Garden and all its Christmassy magic was wonderful. Housekeeping staff were so welcoming and did a fantastic job. The housekeeping floor manager (didn’t get her name, but she was working on Sunday 30 Nov) was so friendly and welcoming to us. The room was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, lovely toiletries and very comfortable. Breakfast staff were also friendly, so efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Food was fresh and very tasty and the cocktails even better! The little bag of mince pies we brought home from the Christmas shop (at the rear lobby) were delicious too! Seeing the Executive Assistant Manager Dawn McCormack at breakfast both mornings, welcoming us and taking an interest in our stay was a special touch. We want to thank The Landmark staff so much. It is a very special building, but the people working there absolutely make it what it is. So polite and very professional, but their personalities and genuine friendliness shone through. If you’re looking for a special stay in London, in a beautiful hotel, with high standards, stunning decor and welcoming friendly staff - choose The Landmark. We’ll definitely be staying again.

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at The Landmark in September 2025 and it was perfect. The hotel remains uber luxurious with very fine attention to detail. Bruna was superb throughout the organising of our wedding and on the day, as were all the rest of the staff. Our room (The Landmark Suite) was stunning, food was out of this world, breakfast was delicious. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. Every expectation was met and the feedback from all our guest was is superb. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue, in a perfect location for The Old Marylebone Town Hall too.

Fabulous staff and nothing was too much trouble. Champagne bar and staff incredible and food and beverages wonderful. Welcoming from the minute we arrived. Xmas decorations just beautiful. We used the spa and all the dining facilities. Thanks so much for a fabulous Xmas break away with the family. Bed and room amazing and bathroom Huge!!! Staff across the board were brilliant even dealing with difficult customers. Fabulous customer service. See you again soon!

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the SPA! I had a rude customer near me before check in - but he was a sad person!!
