Fantastic from start to finish!
Fantastic stay at the Landmark. This was our first time in this particular hotel and it was amazing from start to finish. From check in to room cleanliness to service in the bars and restaurants, the Landmark excelled. MD who served us in the Great Central bar was really great. His friendly, happy approach was really lovely. Thank you to all Landmark hotel staff for a fantastic experience.

Christmas Festive Menu 2025
Me and my friend came for afternoon tea amazing experience however found the cinnamon scones a little dry, however I absolutely would recommend this festive afternoon tea, the ambience was beautiful. Was served by Rodica was so kind and attentive and spoke with manager Ruziel who was also kind and approachable thank you for this lovely experience would recommend.

Amazing customer service, exceptional staff Rodica and Ruziel was very helpful and kind service .Ruziel was very kind sorting our bill out which was nice . Cinnamon scone was bit dry but everything else was excellent.

Fantastic experience
Had a lovely time here for my birthday meal! Louis was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come again. Very good Menu for a Christmas dinner. Great value for money as well

Enjoyed our winter season feels dinner with good friends in the winter garden! our servers Ruziel and Louis made it an excellent experience.
