Second time staying at this hotel for work. Good sized rooms (even they ignored the Do not Disturb light and still came into the room when I didn't want them to), good location. Classy feel to the whole place, very good food. Last time I stayed facing the street, and it was a brilliant stay. This time, facing the large courtyard, the whole thing feels artificial and claustrophobic, with so many rooms facing each other and no opportunity to get fresh air into the room. I would not stay in a courtyard room again. All else is very good

Another superb stay at the Landmark, where everyone seeks to make your stay wonderful - and succeeds. No hesitation at all about recommending it for a luxurious stay close to the centre of London. Everything about the hotel is consistently top of the range

We enjoyed our Marleybone Suite. By London standards it was huge. Separate living room, bedroom with a huge king size, bathroom with double sink, separate tub, shower, and toilet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the gorgeous atrium, and superb drinks at the intimate Mirror Bar. Service was excellent. The only downside is that the decor is dated.Walking down the halls, the floors creaked under us. Despite that, the Landmark remains a first rate choice in a great location.

What a delighted welcome , the waitress was so knowledgeable about teas and so attentive. This hotel should be very proud of the the team that is responsible for giving such world class service . Delicious tea and super amazing scones . My boyfriend has found a new tea choice thanks to the great staff expertise and recommendations. A great hotel and wonderful way to spend your afternoon.

The rooms in this historic hotel could do with a spruce up (and I gather the management is doing this soft renovation as I write) but they are among the most spacious in the city. We were upgraded to a two room suite and enjoyed the extra room and large two sink bathroom with separate shower and big deep bath. It's a large hotel with lots of conventions and groups but we were on an upper floor near the end of a hallway so noise was never a factor. The location was right across from the Marylebone train station and near the Baker Street underground tube station thus very handy for getting about the city and to places like Oxford (frequent direct one hour commuter train to that city all day long). We liked the Winter Garden atrium where breakfast was served for its high six storey ceiling and palm trees. Choice of breakfast items was quite extensive and frequently replenished. Our favourite spot in the hotel however was the Mirror Bar for its top notch cocktails, tasty savoury snacks and quiet tucked away location.
