I visit the Landmark Hotel as often as I am in London. I have never been disappointed, so much so that I seldom stay anywhere else in the capital. Every aspect of my stay is 5 star. The front desk, the wait staff and the standard of the rooms and facilities are superb. I always recommend the hotel to everyone who travels.

The landmark Hotel is right next to Marylebone Station so I often pop in for tea when travelling to Oxford, it has a beautiful interior and the hotel is perfect in many ways. The staff and service are excellent and tea and cakes are exceptional but do expect to pay a lot for this level of service and food. I would recommend anyone travelling through central London to try the Landmark rather than many of the more well known but less impressive hotels in that area.

I was there in an official capacity, helping out with a conference. The hotel is amazing, absolutely stunning in every respect. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food was also excellent.

Went here for afternoon tea, for my birthday surprise. Lovely restaurant, would highly recommend it. Not delivered on the usual tiered stand but served course by course. No shortage of sandwiches or cakes. The kept replenishing your plate, it seemed to be as much as you could eat. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Have visited Landmark Hotel in Bangkok and this one is up to the usual good standard. They even bought out cake with a candle and played happy birthday on the piano for me. Would definitely recommend The Landmark and would love to visit London Hotel again.

Wow! I booked into The Landmark for one night. My long haul flight landed at 6am, and to my surprise, a room was available when I arrived. The room was wonderful - very large with an enormous and comfortable bed and beautifully decorated with period pieces. The bathroom was also impressive with a separate shower, bath and a toilet room with a door, once again, impeccably decorated. I dined in the restaurant which I also found to be to a high standard with great service. On the mezzanine above the restaurant, a pianist played which provided a lovely ambience. To my surprise, I received a discount on my restaurant bill on check out for being a loyalty member. I found the hotel location to be good - right next to Marylebone Station and a short walk to Baker Street Station - though if wanting to be right in the action, the location might not appeal quite as much. Regents Park is only 2 blocks away and a slightly longer walk can see you at Hyde Park. Oxford Street was also a comfortable walk in under 15 minutes. Traveller tip - join the hotel loyalty program to receive better rates when booking online. I would definitely stay again!
