Stunning hotel in Marylebone

We have been to this place for afternoon tea many times and it has been excellent so wanted to try the rooms . Stayed one night in a superior room . The room was very spacious with large comfortable bed . Tea and coffee making facilities but no minibar .A small safe , robes and slippers. Despite being on a main road it was very quiet. The bathroom was large with separate toilet and had a bath . Amenities were minimal and shower not great at all . Was probably the worst part of the room . We also had dinner there which was very good. Service as always very attentive and great.

An overall outstanding experience. Staff, food, accommodation, facilities - All 100%! I have visited London 5 to 6 times every year over the last 30 years, and I know the top hotels inside out. This was maybe the best hotel experience in London ever! THANK YOU, jk

Everything was as amazing as I remembered! From Agnes the reception staff to Rodica and Blessing the waitresses at the Winter Garden. The decor is unmatched and I kept smiling to myself because I made it here for breakfast the perfect way to start the day

Breakfast at Winter Garden Restaurant in Landmark. Spoilt for choice! A variety of exceptional quality food ranging from English breakfast, Continental breakfast, American breakfast and much, much more! There was a good selection of fresh fruits, refillable hot and/or cold beverage too. We had a truly delightful, scrumptious breakfast to celebrate my daughter's birthday. In addition, the staff were courteous and friendly especially Eufelia and Bella who provided an excellent, top-tier service. They were very attentive, efficient and polite. They were so kind to give a fresh fruits tart with a happy birthday chocolate and a candle for my daughter to blow. Thank you Eufelia and Bella for making us feel special and well-cared for from arrival to departure.
