The Landmark London

We stayed at The Landmark London as part of our wedding day due to us having our civil ceremony at The Old Marylebone Town Hall (a very convenient short walk away!) The Landmark is truly a hotel like no other; the interior is breathtaking, the winter garden, champagne bar and everything you see is just unbelievably beautiful. The rooms are modern with large tvs and incredible toilets. You really get the luxury you pay for! Specifically our trip, we were welcomed by an incredible member of the concierge staff who had recently begun working there. She was helpful and informative which made the check in process smooth. She told us about the new spa and even showed us a brochure where we could see what treatments were available. We also had breakfast included in our stay and all the winter garden staff, especially John who welcomed us and congratulated us on the wedding (as did all the staff we came into contact with!) made our stay even more special. In particular some of the senior staff namely Dawn and Cedric were incredible. Dawn who had seen me and my partner come back from the registry came over with champagne for us to celebrate with which was an amazing touch to our day. Cedric was equally outstanding when it came to breakfast he ensured no guests waited to be welcomed into the buffet, something we could tell he regularly does. The spa stafff including Leena, Lana, Sandra and Alex were particularly impressive. They were friendly, informative, showed us round the new spa which looked MAGICAL! The amenities were amazing, the new gym has everything you could ever need including a machine that works out your body fat percentage and looks at your posture! The spa truly is something special and beyond 5*. The food we had at the Landmark was impeccably made and all the staff we encountered were amazing. Thank you to everyone for making our special day even more special.

The newly renovated spa at The Landmark London is nothing short of spectacular and deserves recognition in its own right. From the moment we arrived, the spa team made us feel completely welcome. Alex, Sandra, Leena, and Lana were all incredibly warm, inviting, and knowledgeable, taking the time to show us the facilities and explain the various treatments and therapies available. Their professionalism and genuine enthusiasm immediately set the tone for what became one of the most relaxing and enjoyable spa experiences we have ever had. The facilities themselves are absolutely outstanding. The sauna and steam room felt almost otherworldly, providing the perfect environment to unwind and completely switch off from the outside world. Every detail appeared carefully considered, creating a luxurious and tranquil atmosphere throughout. The swimming pool was equally impressive. The hydrotherapy jets were a fantastic addition and elevated the experience far beyond that of a standard hotel pool. The heated relaxation beds were simply unreal, offering the perfect place to rest and recharge between swims. It was incredibly easy to lose track of time while enjoying such a beautifully designed space. The newly refurbished gym is also exceptional. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need, whether you're looking for a quick workout or a more comprehensive training session. One particularly impressive feature was the body composition and posture analysis machine, which provided detailed insights into body fat percentage, posture, and overall fitness metrics. It was a fascinating and unexpected addition that really showcases the hotel's commitment to wellness. The treatment rooms were immaculate and maintained to the highest standard. Every aspect of the spa felt pristine, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The overall experience was simply divine, combining world-class facilities with outstanding service from a team that clearly takes immense pride in what they do. The Landmark London has created a spa experience that rivals some of the very best wellness destinations. Whether you're staying at the hotel or simply visiting the spa, I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was the perfect complement to our stay and left us feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and eager to return.

I had a 90 minutes massage with Amandine. I was having pains in multiple places in my body but I only mentioned my neck and lower back. By the time she was done, she had worked over everywhere I had aches. It was absolutely amazing . It’s been a while since I had such a great experience. All the tension I have been carrying for weeks, literally melted away. I feel so good . Thank you I had a 90-minute massage with Amandine. Absolutely wonderful hotel! Location is great, the staff could not be more friendly or helpful, the breakfast is excellent as is the pub. Would definitely recommend!
