Good Customer service at the Landmark, London
We went to the Landmark London for tea. The tea was good but I'm writing this review because I particularly wanted to comment on the service and especially our waiter Angelo. Angelo was very attentive but he didn't crowd us. When we finished with something he was right there taking the plate away but not rushing us. I am a vegetarian and he was always making sure I had enough vegetarian sandwiches. That's what you call customer service. Anyone who has him as their waiter at the Landmark, London is very lucky. Thank you Angelo.

Evening at Landmark Restaurant — Exceptional Service
I visited Landmark Restaurant this evening and was genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome — we were seated promptly, greeted warmly, and attended to throughout the meal without ever feeling rushed. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times. The dining room had a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere with well-paced service. Each course arrived beautifully presented and at the correct temperature, and the timing between plates felt effortless rather than hurried. The team handled a special request with care and professionalism, which really stood out. Overall, excellent service combined with a lovely dining environment makes Landmark Restaurant a top pick for date nights, celebrations, or business dinners. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be returning.

The service is exquisite and the food is amazing. If you have the chance, you need to ask to be served by Mihai, he is a gem. I believe they also recently changed chefs and the quality just went one level up!
