A Hotel I Always Return To
I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, and it remains my absolute favorite. The rooms are remarkably spacious and extremely comfortable, and the level of cleanliness is consistently excellent. The staff is always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, making every stay a pleasure. The location is simply unbeatable, with a subway station conveniently located right beneath the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The bar and restaurants are also outstanding, offering excellent quality and adding to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

A wonderful stay..
Wow! What a fabulous stay! Our first time staying here and honestly I don’t know what took us this long but we can’t wait to come back! We’ve stayed at all of the other ‘leading, best, luxury’ hotels in London but this surpassed them all. The hotel, amenities and room were luxurious, yet still homely and inviting, the service.. everything from check in to room service, to breakfast, champagne bar, to door and waiting staff were wonderful, Millie Smith and Dea from reservations were standout fabulous, poised and so knowledgeable, thank you for a wonderful stay..

Amazing hotel had a lovely stay with family, clean, spacious & great location. Only nagative is breakfast service , both days we service for hot drinks and juices very slow. Overall experience of stay was great would definitely stay again but maybe skip breakfast, Anna at reception is excellent.

Pre Wedding overnight stay - Just a delight.
We stayed at the Landmark hotel the night before our wedding taking place at the Old Town Hall, Marylebone and the hotel (thank you Ana) very kindly made our stay joyous. We had an upgrade on our room and lots of little treats and extras. We had a small meal after the wedding in the pub and Matt Fletcher came out to say hello and the time taken to go through the menu and answer questions was delightful (Matt, if you read this Keith still thinks a pie should have a bottom :) ) All of the staff were just a step up from what's is the other hotel's norm...
