the property is beautiful(fasad) . however be aware where you get room. if its in the back of the hotel. then its way to far from lobby elevators. so theres back elevator and back entrance. which dose not look so graet . you do not get the beautiful lobby feel . back. looks like YMCA. and it smells like old carpet .. so you in 5star hotel but dont feel it. bed and bedding could be better if you compare to other hotels that charge over 400 £ a night . hotel has ok spa and gym staff is friendly. if ypur business is in Mayfair then its a bit far. otherwise its gokd location.

The Landmark is a great hotel in London. It's in an old charming building but with newly renovated rooms - on my room floor, I think they were renovating (just about to be completed) all the rooms. Our room was certainly nicely refreshed and surprisingly spacious too. Location is also good as the back entrance is literally across the Marylebone station. Service is prompt and professional. We had a night cap at the Mirror bar. Service was good and they do nice negronis. We also had breakfast and afternoon tea at the Winter Gardens. Only point for improvement I think is required is the breakfast option. They don't do a la carte for breakfast. The buffet is nice enough but if you're not up to having something big for breakfast, it becomes too expensive for something small. They have smaller options at the Gazebo but it doesn't open until 8am (although they accommodated me when I was there before 8). Overall I'd recommend The Landmark. It's good value.

I've stayed in many h├┤tels and I must say the Landmark London is the best hotel I've stayed in London. Love the brand new roms that they have, the atrium and especially the breakfast in the morning !! Impeccable service and very friendly staff. I'll definitely be coming back soon.

We didn't stop at the Landmark (wish we had mind) but ate in the restaurant which is in the middle of the hotel and has fantastic views with palm tress all around. From walking into the restaurant to the end of the meal we had an amazing experience. We went for the set menu with champagne to start and I have to say the food was excellent presented and tasted beautiful. The wine was priced well and was really nice and the staff were amazing and attentive adding to the wonderful experience we had. Would definitely recommend here for food (and by the looks of it to stay!)

My family and I (3 adults) had a wonderful afternoon tea in this beautiful hotel last Saturday, 17 June, to celebrate my birthday. The setting is spectacular and calm with palm trees and plenty of space between the tables. Their pianist played throughout the afternoon thus adding to the relaxing ambiance. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly. All the staff were helpful and attentive throughout the meal. Special mention to Jordan for his caring, friendly manner. One is not made to feel rushed in any way. The staff seem keen that their guests relax and enjoy the afternoon. Now to the food.......the sandwiches are brought first. The bread was fresh and the range of fillings was excellent. I particularly liked the cucumber sandwiches. The scones were light with perfect texture. We especially liked the choice of jams, not just the traditional strawberry, but also gooseberry jam and apricot jam, for example, were available. Now to the tea....the choice is extensive. I had white peony - light and refreshing on a hot summer's day. My husband had angel peach and my daughter had midsummer mango. They praised these highly. A lovely personal touch......midway through the afternoon, the pianist played 'Happy Birthday' and a small cake with a candle on top was brought to me on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate on it. Throughout the afternoon, the staff came round regularly to offer more tea, sandwiches, scones and cakes. As we prepared to leave, our few remaining cakes were put into a lovely box for us to take home. I will never forget this outstanding afternoon tea. I have had several other afternoon teas in various London hotels but, in my opinion, this one is in a class of its own.
