Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Evening at the Champagne Bar
My wife and I recently visited the Champagne Bar for drinks and had an absolutely excellent experience. From the beautiful setting and live music to the warm and attentive service, the whole evening was thoroughly enjoyable. I’d particularly like to recognise Kelvin for his exceptional service. He was attentive, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the evening. We had a few questions and requests, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His friendly and professional approach really helped make our experience feel special. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ve already decided to return in a few weeks to celebrate my birthday. We’re very much looking forward to coming back!

Excellent restaurant and wonderful service! Gianmarco was absolutely fantastic very friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure we were well looked after and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Gianmarco, and the whole team! We will definitely be back. ❤️

Incredible as always
Incredible experience again tonight! Have stayed here several times but tonight went for dinner in the winter garden. Kostas was amazing and accommodated us even though we were late and we did not have the proper dress code. Service was impeccable. Food was amazing! Marco was incredibly attentive and sensitive to my wife’s gluten preference. Amazing and went out of the way for us in everything! Will return again whenever we are able!
