We will never stay at this hotel again, we were totally and utterly disappointed. We have stayed there a few times and this trip was the last. The GM didn't not even bother to call me back.... GM is a waste of time if you have and concerns or poor service issues. When you paying over Ā£290 per night excluding breakfast it should be amazing.... not so.

So London 5* hotels can be disappointing but the landmark was most certainly not. Relaxed but totally classy service from start to finish. Room was large with a nice view of the atrium. Comfortable bed. Room service while in most hotels is diabolical not so here, tasty and fresh served with a fully made table with a hot cupboard. Breakfast was also top drawer, fresh quality and beautifully cooked. Tea was actually loose leaf not from a horrible bag, pastry was fresh and fluffy, eggs benedict perfection. Can't recommend more highly

We stayed at the Landmark for a week during Easter break. We loved the hotel. The Winter Garden Atrium is beautiful. We had 2 adjoining rooms on the 5th floor. We were 3 adults and 2 children. The rooms were very big and comfortable. The hotel and rooms were very well maintained. The staff was great. The concierge was very helpful in making dinner reservations and suggestions for sites to see. We ate at the breakfast buffet most mornings and had lunch at the other onsite restaurant, 222, for lunch. We thought the food and service at the hotel restaurants was very good.

Stayed here with the kids for spring break. Staff was super friendly before and during stay. Very fancy and fun hotel for the kids to experience. The breakfast buffet and service made us feel like real royalty. LocTion is good with excellent access to the tube with two different nearby stations. Baker Street probably the best station 5 min walk away. Only nit pick was the beds were a little hard but the hotel room was giant and the bathrooom was much larger than your normal bathroom with a shower, bath and separate sink and toilet Areas. Fresh fruit plate for us every night. Class act
