Great location, accommodations and friendly staff.
Great location, accommodations and friendly staff. Easy access to trains, tubes and buses in a great safe location. Food was amazing throughout (we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel multiple times). Staff was very friendly and responsive to any queries and hotel is very clean and beautiful. Will definitely stay again and would recommend (especially for families looking for a quiet hotel with quick access to transportation to see London).

Rupert is fantastic!
The Landmark London delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. My business stays here are always fantastic, but this visit felt especially memorable thanks to Rupert, whose warm grin and thoughtful conversation greeted me every time I passed through the lobby. His manner and insight added a genuinely personal touch to my stay. I even brushed shoulders with a British TV legend and enjoyed some great conversations along the way — a reminder of the hotel’s unique atmosphere and charm. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning.

Lovely afternoon tea spot
The atmosphere, tea, champagne, were wonderful. The service was outstanding, especially Mihai and Precious. The piano added the perfect background to a lovely afternoon.
