The Landmark London

Had a two night stay for my daughters 21st. Researched loads of hotels prior to visit. This hotel is spectacular in every single way, the staff cannot do enough to accommodate you. The hotel itself is extremely clean and beautiful, real 5 star luxury. I paid extra for balloons in the room which were wonderful. Breakfast was brilliant which such a gorgeous assortment with quiet tasteful Disney music playing in the background. Already missing this place. My daughter had a massage which she commented was the best she had ever had. Will definitely be returning. If I had to make a couple of comments I would add we stayed in the Marylebone Studio,which was huge, it was slightly disappointing that the beds were small doubles. There was plenty of room for a bigger bed and also the pictures on the wall I felt were mishmashy. I felt they could have been better but very small feedback comments for what in my opinion is the best hotel in London.

We had a lovely festive afternoon tea today to celebrate our frind’s special birthday. Food was lovely, staff were amazing. Highly recommend.

We hosted our Department’s Christmas drinks at the Great Central Pub inside the Landmark London. Our group has 30-40 people and we were very happy not only for the setting of the hotel/pub, but also the level of hospitality we received. The bar manager, Michael, is very helpful and flexible to help plan the event. On the day, we were taking care of by many bar staff, but Daniel was the star of the night. He prepared the welcome drink, served, cleaned, and made sure if we got everything we needed.

From the moment you walk through the doors into the Landmark this restaurant delivers an experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegant and inviting, setting the stage for what becomes a truly memorable meal. The service we received from Lyubo was impeccable, warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Every detail is anticipated, from thoughtful menu guidance to perfectly timed courses, making you feel genuinely cared for without ever being rushed. And then there’s the food simply outstanding. Each dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The ingredients are clearly top-tier, and the execution is flawless. Every bite feels intentional, creative, and deeply satisfying, showcasing both skill and passion in the kitchen. The drink selection is equally impressive, with pairings that elevate the meal even further. It’s rare to find a place where every element from atmosphere to service to cuisine comes together so seamlessly. This is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Whether for a special occasion or an unforgettable night out, this place sets the gold standard. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My family and I will absolutely be returning. Not the first time we experience the afternoon tea at The Landmark, this time was more special thanks to the Christmas vibes and the kindness and professionalism of Rodica who took care of us under all the aspects. Vegan options excellent as always, my family also enjoyed the environment (perfect temperature, lovely live music) and the selection of tea. Having tried more than a dozens Afternoon Teas, this definitely sits in the TOP 3
