The front desk supervisor was rude. We had an issue with our bed covers and I took a lot of effort to solve it! The staff are not caring or intrested in the guest's satisfaction and comfort. The furniture needs renovation.

Amazing food and service was exceptional! I definitely will be returning and my experience from start to finish was amazing. We had a set menu for £35 and it included a glass of prosecco once you add service charge and VAT it’s the total of £45 per person.

Had a weekend at the hotel to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday - it had always been his wish to go to this hotel and thankfully the hotel fully lived up to our expectations. From the minute you arrive at the hotel it is like you are walking into an oasis of calm. The hotel even smells amazing. All the staff are really friendly and polite and clearly cannot do enough to ensure your stay is a good one. We arrived at 11:30am and both our rooms were ready, my father had been upgraded and had a room that over looked the winter gardens. The rooms are very large for London, with lovely bathroom and exceptionally clean throughout. The beds were large and comfortable. There was no noise within the hotel and we couldn’t even hear any noise from outside. I also love the fact that when you arrive back in your room at bed time the curtains have been drawn and you have fresh towels again. We had an evening meal in the winter garden which was outstanding as was the service. We had cocktails in the mirror bar which were exquisite. In the morning the breakfast was the best that we have ever experienced anywhere. We also used the spa while we were there, any don’t miss out on using this as it was a really peaceful and relaxing experience after a busy day in London - I think next time I visit I will just to spending the day in the hotel. Could not recommend this hotel more and cannot wait to return. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a 5 star experience. Top tip join the friends of the landmark online and you get better deals for your stay and 20% off food and drink at the hotel. We had a bottle of champagne that was delicious to are room included in our deal

My wife and I stayed at the Landmark London as part of a tour package with Adventures by Disney. We had a positive first impression when we encountered a friendly doorman and staff at the reservation desk. We were surprised by how spacious our room was. Everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained. It was extremely convenient to have 120-volt outlets in the room and free wifi. Dining in the Winter Garden Restaurant for our breakfast buffets was a pleasure -- there was a wide variety of delicious options. Dinner at the Great Central Restaurant was luxurious. This was the best experience we've had in a European hotel.
