We stayed for my wife’s 40th birthday and the service we received was faultless. The staff arranged a birthday cake and card for my wife which we really appreciated, it did make add a special touch to our stay. The hotel itself is amazing and has the wow factor when you walk in, the facilities are great. Our room was clean and spacious, all the staff we encountered were extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The spa facilities were also good, however to our surprise when we used the facilities it was like a playground, there were 10+ children in there. The pool is not the biggest and we didn’t actually get in because it was full of kids jumping in and splashing everyone. The jacuzzi probably holds 8 people and at one point there was 6 children in there and also in the sauna. There was a number of couples sitting in the poolside chairs unable to use the sauna/jacuzzi because they were full of kids, there are signs up saying no under 16s in the jacuzzi etc but this wasn’t enforced. We left after some kids started messing around in the jacuzzi whilst we were in there and got my wife’s hair soaking wet. Not what we expected from a 5* hotel spa and unfortunately we didn’t get the relaxing spa experience we hoped for, which put a negative on an otherwise perfect stay.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon tea, attentive staff, wonderful food and what a place! Special thanks to Roshsn and Janithya, who made my 40th birthday very special! Pianist was excellent and played 'happy birthday' with a lovely additional lit sweet treat! A wonderful afternoon to remember!

Such a very good hotel to stay in for our week in London. Our ‘Superior’ room was spacious and well maintained with a very comfortable bed. Early on when we had a couple of small issues they were dealt with promptly and efficiently by maintenance and house keeping. A particular highlight of our stay was breakfast with the widest possible options on the buffet or cooked to order. The fresh fruit dishes were first rate. The whole experience was further enhanced by the service provided by Roshan which was professional in remembering our likes and friendly in engaging with us in a personable way. His colleagues, Suzana and Kulvear were equally professional. Marylebone has excellent connections to the transport system via the Bakerloo line and Baker Street. A stay which greatly added to our enjoyment of London.
