Excellent Hotel . Fantastic customer service . Great Restaurants & Food choices . The Spa is exceptional. Alex the therapist was absolutely amazing & great at his job . The massage & facial were excellent. Thank you for a great experience. Dinner at Winter Garden was exceptional. Service we received from Kostas was top notch! He was very welcoming and attentive. Our dinner was delicious!

Stunning setting and great service, but let down by the sandwiches
The Winter Garden setting is absolutely spectacular; the light-filled atrium and palm trees create a beautiful atmosphere. We were seated promptly on arrival, and the service throughout was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The cake selection was lovely and beautifully made. However, it is a shame that the cakes were not unlimited like the sandwiches, especially given the premium price. Unfortunately, the savory tier fell short. The sandwiches were a little boring, and had a bit of a supermarket meal deal air about them. Unfortunately one of our party found a piece of gristle in the chicken sandwich. This completely ruined their appetite. While the ambiance and hospitality are top-tier, the food quality needs to be more consistent for the price in my humble opinion.
