Afternoon tea for my birthday
My mother and I went for my birthday last month - April 10th. It was our second time there and once again the service was great! We were running quite late but thankfully Helmi was very accommodating! Rafaela was lovely too! The whole staff were incredible, the vibe was lovely and the afternoon tea experience was everything! Next time my mother and I will be back for the jazz nights like Helmi recommended! Thank you for making my birthday special!

Had a lovely afternoon tea experience at the landmark hotel. The winter garden where the tea is held is beautiful with sky high ceilings. Louis took care of us with impeccable service. Refillable tea sandwiches and cakes and pastries was amazing with delicious tea selection.

A truly exceptional stay at a wonderful hotel. We had afternoon tea with friends for my birthday. It has created a beautiful memory. The staff are so calm and welcoming and just want you to be delighted. I will go back whenever I can.

Excellence London hotel
Wonderful lovely hotel , excellence service , convenience location, room and bed are so comfortable. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is great. Specially all staffs at winter garden and other function, like Mr Roshan has looked after us nicely. And also 2 ladies at winter garden reception, one is Thai. She is so nice.

Fantastic!! Lovely place, great food, amazing service( Roshan). My friend even got me a little cake and a piano happy bday song. I loved this.
