I was there in an official capacity, helping out with a conference. The hotel is amazing, absolutely stunning in every respect. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The food was also excellent.

Went here for afternoon tea, for my birthday surprise. Lovely restaurant, would highly recommend it. Not delivered on the usual tiered stand but served course by course. No shortage of sandwiches or cakes. The kept replenishing your plate, it seemed to be as much as you could eat. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Have visited Landmark Hotel in Bangkok and this one is up to the usual good standard. They even bought out cake with a candle and played happy birthday on the piano for me. Would definitely recommend The Landmark and would love to visit London Hotel again.

Wow! I booked into The Landmark for one night. My long haul flight landed at 6am, and to my surprise, a room was available when I arrived. The room was wonderful - very large with an enormous and comfortable bed and beautifully decorated with period pieces. The bathroom was also impressive with a separate shower, bath and a toilet room with a door, once again, impeccably decorated. I dined in the restaurant which I also found to be to a high standard with great service. On the mezzanine above the restaurant, a pianist played which provided a lovely ambience. To my surprise, I received a discount on my restaurant bill on check out for being a loyalty member. I found the hotel location to be good - right next to Marylebone Station and a short walk to Baker Street Station - though if wanting to be right in the action, the location might not appeal quite as much. Regents Park is only 2 blocks away and a slightly longer walk can see you at Hyde Park. Oxford Street was also a comfortable walk in under 15 minutes. Traveller tip - join the hotel loyalty program to receive better rates when booking online. I would definitely stay again!

Had stayed in a few other LHW affiliated hotels in London so thought I would try a new one. On the plus side the room was spacious and well appointed. I love the location and the space, especially the winter garden restaurant. On the down side what kind of five star hotel has no breakfast room service menu, and misspellings in the hotel directory? There was a tent card by the phone with what appeared to be an Arabic menu that did have some sorts of breakfast, but none I were familiar with. Also I guess I have become a bit of a coffee snob, but even my B and B in Cornwall had a cafetiere or French press in the room, not a kettle with instant coffee. And bed was not very comfortable. Most hotels at this level have an nespresso or the like. Small things I know but at this price and this level there shouldn't be these kinds of shortcomings.

Landmark is a superb hotel conveniently located in Marylebone. The restauranra have plenty of choice for everyone. The beautiful winter garden is a great place to celebrate special occasion. Rooms are comfortable and big for London standard. The customer service throughout the hotel, especially at the reception are outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. Stunning spa facilities as well. Perfect example of how 5* should be.
