Exceptional service and delicious dining in a lovely atmosphere.
Lovely atmosphere and a wide variety of high quality, delicious food. Incredible service from Roshan, he was kind and attentive, and made our experience a wonderful one.

Landmark Hotel experience
The hotel is immaculate and everyone in the hotel is so nice and helpful - from the check in staff who came to find us when our room is ready ( we arrived 2 hrs early ) to the morning breakfast staff - the breakfast is sumptuous and fresh - the service attentive. A special shout out to Eufelia and Bella ! They made our stay at the landmark warm and special ! We will return again!

We had an amazing stay at the landmark, somewhere we’ve always wanted to visit and so glad we did. This hotel is exceptional and the service is beyond that. A special mention to Rommel, his knowledge of the drinks available was exceptional, it was so nice to be able to sit at the bar with my partner and chat to him. Landmark hotel London you have an incredible employee, nothing was too much for him and we thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. We’ve stayed in most luxury hotels in the London and this has by far been our favourite thanks to Rommel. We will absolutely be back soon to laugh and have a chat with our favourite barman.
