The Landmark London

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Landmark Hotel in London, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kostas. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm, friendly, and professional service. Kostas was attentive without ever being intrusive, anticipated our needs perfectly, and made sure every detail of our evening was just right. His recommendations were excellent, and his genuine care and enthusiasm made our dinner feel truly special. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was elegant, and Kostas’s exceptional hospitality made the entire experience unforgettable. Thank you, Kostas, for looking after us so wonderfully. Victoriia was an excellent hostess and looked after us so well!

We had an excellent dinner in the Winter Garden . It was special and good value for money. The location and atmosphere were special and our table comfortable and private. The live music in the background added to the ambience. The food and wine were very good , as was the service . We were welcomed by the Maitre D who talked to us at the end of our meal, congratulating us with a small cake to celebrate our anniversary. We were looked after very well by our waiter Kostas, who was friendly, attentive and helpful. We recommend it for a special occasion.

My husband and I stayed at the luxurious Landmark Hotel in London for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. It has beautiful surroundings with a calming atmospheric music. The rooms are exquisite, very clean, comfortable and inviting. There is little to no noise, everyone is respectful and friendly. We had afternoon tea and that was so scrumptious. The food was so fresh and tasty. The amenities are excellent. All the little touches that make it that little bit more special. The pool has just been renovated and the improvements are outstanding. You pay a bit more, but you most certainly get value for money. I’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely stunning venue; the most beautiful atmosphere at the Winter Garden Restaurant in the Landmark, with a lovely ambience with the music in the background. Rohan, was so accommodating and cared for all our needs too. Will be back more regular and often! For a 3 course set men it was exceptionally well priced for the food and location.
