The Landmark London

The Landmark Hotel is nothing short of wonderful and we loved our two-night stay there. The Winter Garden restaurant could do with updating their staff on coeliac friendly dishes but I take it upon myself to ask anyway. Overall, we were treated very well by friendly hotel staff and our room was exquisite. We will be returning to The Landmark for our next London stay.

We recently stayed at The Landmark for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. We enjoyed a drink and some jazz in the champagne bar in the atrium before heading out for an evening meal nearby. Breakfast in the Winter Garden is very special; the selection of food and drinks is exceptional and beautifully presented. The spa is pristine and we enjoyed a sauna and steam between refreshing dips in the pool. The evening after we left I realised I had left my wallet in the room. I called the hotel who told me that the housekeeping staff had handed it over to security who were keeping it safe. I picked it up the next day with all of the contents (bank cards, driving license and cash) all present. All of the staff we spoke with during our stay were helpful and intelligent but I have special praise for the housekeeping staff who are clearly very honest and decent people. They all work to make it an exceptional hotel.

An absolutely exquisite property. From Rupert, the doorman to the lovely lady who provided turn down Service, every staff member was top-notch. We were upgraded to a suite, which was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and elegant. However, even the regular rooms are beautiful. Every detail is tended to. Their breakfast is wonderful. Their pub serves yummy food. The hotel is quiet, immaculate, and well located. Marleybone station is literally outside the back door. Recommend.

Excellent Hotel . Fantastic customer service . Great Restaurants & Food choices . The Spa is exceptional. Alex the therapist was absolutely amazing & great at his job . The massage & facial were excellent. Thank you for a great experience. Ana at Hotel reception was excellent & Lana at the Spa reception was also excellent & very informative of the products & Treatments available.

Dinner at Winter Garden was exceptional. Service we received from Kostas was top notch! He was very welcoming and attentive. Our dinner was delicious!
