Beautiful hotel, disappointing spa facilities
The hotel itself is beautiful, with great décor, a pleasant atmosphere, and very friendly staff. However, the spa facilities fell short of expectations. Designated child pool times are not enforced, resulting in consistently busy facilities and little opportunity for peace or relaxation.

The Landmark Hotel delivers an afternoon tea experience that is genuinely exceptional. The venue itself is impressive, elegant, calm and beautifully detailed, but what really elevates the entire visit is the service. Attentive, polished and genuinely warm, the team strike a rare balance between professionalism and personal care. The refill option is a real highlight. It turns what could be a standard sitting into something indulgent, relaxed and properly generous, which is exactly how afternoon tea should feel, especially on Christmas Eve. A refined, high-quality experience that feels considered rather than formulaic. The Landmark sets a very high bar.
