Stunning setting and great service, but let down by the sandwiches
The Winter Garden setting is absolutely spectacular; the light-filled atrium and palm trees create a beautiful atmosphere. We were seated promptly on arrival, and the service throughout was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The cake selection was lovely and beautifully made. However, it is a shame that the cakes were not unlimited like the sandwiches, especially given the premium price. Unfortunately, the savory tier fell short. The sandwiches were a little boring, and had a bit of a supermarket meal deal air about them. Unfortunately one of our party found a piece of gristle in the chicken sandwich. This completely ruined their appetite. While the ambiance and hospitality are top-tier, the food quality needs to be more consistent for the price in my humble opinion.

We had a great experience. A little disappointed that there were no mixer taps in the sink nor shower. Very clean and beautiful bathroom but lacking in the comfort of mixer taps.

Spa Ana massage is amazing
The SPA is amazing ! Amandine performed a very professional, relaxing massage with perfect pressure and healing hands. The showers are super clean and spacious and the sauna and pool area beautiful.

A Gem
I had seen this hotel on YouTube and was pleased to find out that it is one of a limited number of hotels in London which offer family rooms with two queen beds. Everything about our stay was exceptional. Come for the service and stay for the pool. What a beautiful spa.
