Wonderful stay at The Landmark London
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Landmark London with my 9-year-old nephew, and it was truly an experience to remember. We stayed in one of the Executive Rooms with the view to their Winter Garden. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We also really enjoyed the newly renovated pool and sauna, followed by a lovely Afternoon Tea experience. A massive thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Every member of staff we met was incredibly welcoming, friendly, smiley and helpful. A special thank you to Rupert at the entrance, who was so welcoming; Adrian at check-in and Ana at check-out, both of whom made us feel very well looked after; and Konstantino, who looked after us during Afternoon Tea and made the experience even more enjoyable. What made the stay particularly special was seeing how much my nephew enjoyed it. He is still talking about our visit every day and has already said that he definitely wants to come back! Thank you to the whole team at The Landmark London for such a memorable stay. We cannot wait to return! ⭐️
