Top Christmas Family Lunch
Excellent family Christmas lunch for 20 people in the Great Central Pub. Food was outstanding, one of the best roast dinners I have had. Service was excellent & friendly. The team were Lyubomir, doko, CJ and Jack were all really attentive and efficient. 100% will be back!!!

Relaxing and attentive
Rodica cared for us at our table very well. She gave me lots of tips on tea choices and I ended up buying one of their special blends which I loved. The atmosphere was calm and I could have stayed even longer.

Superb tea service, slightly hectic atmosphere
First and foremost, Rodica made our afternoon tea service wonderful. Her warm service and friendly spirit made for a great experience. The service during the tea was impeccable, and the tea selection and food were superb. I am giving the overall experience four stars - at the prices the Landmark charges, I expect perfection: 1. I think that the 12.5% service charge is a dishonest representation of prices. It feels cheap to be nickel-and-dimed like this for such an upscale restaurant. 2. The tea area was close to the hotel lobby, and children were running amok, singing and dancing, weaving their way throughout the restaurant and lobby. An occasional interruption to our service would have been understandable, but it was more frequent than this and the host stand appeared empty, so it went unnoticed by staff. 3. The coat check and initial check-in at the 1:00 PM opening time was hectic, and everyone jammed into the host stand at opening time. Some had been waiting for fifteen minutes, some had just arrived, and there was no orderly queue. I understand this isn’t entirely within the host’s control, but taking charge and enforcing a queue would have been appreciated.

Exceptional food and service
Amazing food and service. Everything was of exceptional quality. We had the Sunday Roast with some starters, everything was top. Will be back.
