Excellent!!
After previously enjoying afternoon tea at The Ritz, and Fortnum and Mason, we struggled to decide where to book for this year's birthday treat. We settled on The Landmark as the pastry team previously won Bake Off The Professionals. We were not disappointed. Such a beautiful setting, a mix of elegance and history with a laid back and yet 'posh' vibe. Piano music set the scene and we were greeted warmly. Our waiter was absolutely fabulous. Thank you Kostas for making a special experience even more special. Kostas even offered to take pictures for us when we were finished and knew how to frame the perfect picture to capture the wonderful venue. All the food was fantastic. We went home with a box of cake too. Overall this is an experience comparable with The Ritz. It felt decadent and generous, just as an afternoon tea should be. Thank you all for an experience I won't forget.

Kostas and Johnny were great hosts and the food was incredible. I’d heard great things about this kitchen team but Brian, Brett and the team have knocked it out of the park.

We had a brilliant meal at the landmark. Kostas and Johnny were fantastic hosts, providing recommendations on food and wine pairing. Top quality in a beautiful setting - the live piano was the cherry on top. Thank you team.

I would like to express my appreciation for Francesca at The Landmark London. She was very professional, friendly, and always willing to assist whenever needed. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for keeping the rooms beautifully maintained, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. The overall level of service and hospitality was excellent and reminded us of the personal touch that has become much harder to find in London since COVID. Thank you to Francesca and the team for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Really enjoyed the exquisite surroundings!
I went with a friend to the Winter Garden Restaurant on a week day to celebrate her 70th birthday ☺️ We had the 3 course set lunch menu, plus cocktails. All were delicious, particularly the chicken ravioli, served with a very special sauce. Service from staff was very good throughout, especially from the lovely young Charlene. The surroundings and ambience at The Landmark Hotel were stunning, a real treat. I took many photographs! Would love to visit the Champagne Bar and Spa some time.
