My stay at the Landmark London was beyond my expectations. I had the loveliest weekend and it really felt good to spend quality time in such a beautiful place. The staff are very attentive and deliver excellent customised service. We were warmly welcomed by Iulia at the reception and then showed around the hotel and escorted to our lovely room by Marine from guest relations. Right upon arriving, the staff made us feel like their only goal was to ensure we had the best stay possible. We spent some time in the newly refurbished spa... very relaxing atmosphere! Our dinner at 222 was as well a great experience. Malina, the 222 hostess, welcomed us with a beautiful smile and Reneta our waitress delivered quality service throughout the all meal. The food was very tasty and we both enjoyed ourselves. Brunch in the beautiful Winter Garden was as well a great experience. The setting is impressive, so is the wide choice of food at the buffet. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at The Landmark London and definitely recommend it! Thank you for everything :)

Wonderful atrium / dining area. Not many restaurants have huge palm trees growing up through the restaurant, but this one does. Rooms very clean and our suite was very large, after we checked in the complimentary fruit and a champagne arrived on time, indeed, room service was very good. Only had one evening meal in the restaurant, but it was superb. Breakfasts are something else. A massive variety of foods from all over the planet, (which reflects the background of the guests) Cocktail bar is just average. Charging top-dollar for a cocktails does not automatically make it a better or more classy bar. Stunning hotel, stunning restaurant, excellent location for trains, buses, and getting to the West End, (by cab). Staff attentive without being too "in your face". A hotel where you never have to open a door for yourself. (Apart from your own room).

Visited the landmark hotel and had a meal in the 222 restaurant. The restaurant opens at 3 on a Saturday and we were met by a very pleasant lady at the door . This hotel is spotless , beautiful decor and the staff seem to go out of their way to make you welcome . The food was just perfect , well presented and very fresh . I had the spicy mackerel as a starter followed by Thai curry , both perfect and the portions were good . We had tea and macaroons after our meal , again nicely served . Although a little pricey , I would definitely recommend this place as a special treat . The location of this hotel is brilliant as right next to the tube station .

We only stayed here for a single night while visiting London for a show but would definitely return. The hotel is located opposite Marleybone station so it very easy to get to. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was a good size and looked out over the central courtyard where the restaurant is located. We had piano music playing most of the Saturday which was very nice. There is a spa in the basement which wasn't overly full enabling us to use the Jacuzzi both days We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was Excellent, a fantastic spread.
