Excellent service from Louis.
Excellent afternoon tea made more special by the service given to us by Louis. He’d only been working there for 3 months and is a real credit to The Landmark. He was friendly and relaxed and chatted freely to us whilst remaining very professional throughout.

Great experience
Afternoon tea at The Landmark Hotel was a wonderful experience. We visited as a group of six women from the family and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, the service attentive and friendly, and everything beautifully presented. A special mention to Helmi and his team, who looked after us so well – they made the whole afternoon feel extra special. The scones were the highlight – freshly baked, light, and delicious with clotted cream and jam. We had such a memorable time and would highly recommend it.

Lovely Stay
Our first stay at this beautiful Hotel. Check-in smooth and our room was ready early which was a pleasant surprise! Executive room was huge and beautiful. Lovely seating area and bathroom large, clean and every amenity available. We enjoyed bubbles in the champagne bar in the Atrium and what a fantastic space! We dined elsewhere as went for a theatre trip. Really lovely stay.
