Exceptional Morning Tea Experience Hosted by Kristina
Had a truly wonderful morning tea at the upper-floor champagne bar in the hotel lobby. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, but what made the experience unforgettable was the warm and attentive service from the amazing hostess, Kristina. Her kindness and professionalism elevated the entire visit. I highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a refined, luxurious tea experience—something truly unique compared to the more commercial venues.

Rodica from the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The soul of that place! Super helpful, smiling and such a positive vibe!

Outstanding service, tastes and value
Superb food and value but the service was outstanding fir every single member of the team - we can single out Rodica Blessing and Bela as outstanding friendly top servers at our table - everything was delivered beautifully and quickly - the fresh mini breads were amazing and could make a delicious meal in itself with the salty butters ! Well done will be back !

Loved it!
Impeccable. Very clean, efficient, well appointed rooms, and incredibly friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet is a real treat. Very family friendly, everyone was SO kind to the kids. Roshan and Ysabela went above and beyond to pre-empt our every need, at breakfast. We came away from our 3 nights pampered, rested and glowing.
