The Landmark London

I visited The Landmark London Spa for the first time Thursday 16 October 2025, where the very friendly and helpful Sandra greeted me at reception and showed me around the entire spa, including the pool area with jacuzzi and a sauna and the changing room. As a leaving present from my former workplace, I had chosen The Landmark Tea of Dreams treatment, which lasted 80 minutes. I had the most amazing therapist, Costantina, who asked me a few questions upfront in order to tailor the treatment to my needs. Working in front of a computer most days means that my neck and shoulders needed some extra attention. Costantina provided the most amazing and relaxing massage, concentrating on my problem areas and went out of her way to explain how I should build daily stretches into my morning routine to mitigate the tension. I really appreciated the advice and have so far done the recommended stretches every morning since the treatment. I also appreciated her very friendly demeanour and being happy to answer or explain any questions I had. The following day, as a birthday treatment from my husband, I had chosen the Radio Frequency Therapy Ultimate Anti Ageing option. Like the previous day, Sandra greeted me with a warm welcome and a Happy Birthday, which I thought was very considerate. After getting changed, I was introduced to the very friendly Jacqueline who also provided a fantastic facial treatment. I was also offered a head massage, which happens to be my favourite treatment for relaxation. The treatment itself felt very comfortable and Jacqueline was a great therapist. Upon leaving, I mentioned to the team how friendly and welcoming I thought everyone was and that it is a special thing to have such a great set of professionals working together. The only snag is that time passes so quickly when you have such excellent treatments in a great environment. Highly recommended!

The Landmark was recommended by a friend when I asked where to stay in London. It was a fantastic recommendation!! The service from the outset and through our stay was incredible. The staff during breakfast in particular, was incredibly attentive, friendly and accommodating. After the first day they remembered what our coffee orders were without us having to ask and they were very vigilant. When something was brought over incorrectly, that could have been a problem, they quickly changed it without having to be asked and today on our last day, I asked about macadamia nuts and our wonderful server, Roshan, went to the back and came back with a bowl full of freshly roasted macadamia nuts that he warned us were hot and to be careful. Additionally, I will call out the concierge staff who always seemed to be on call very knowledgeable about the sites. And attractions within London and were incredibly friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay in London with high quality service and luxury attention outside of the city itself. I highly recommend the Landmark.

The Landmark Hotel is magnificent! Having lived in London for 7 years, and now being back as a tourist, I have never known about this hotel but glad I finally experienced it. The rooms are calm, big and comfortable! The true highlight of the stay was the lobby with the beautiful Winter Garden restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast and afternoon tea. Lastly, the service here is unmatched. They are very attentive, kind, and friendly - especially Bela, Roshan, Dyor, Joni and Blessing. 10/10 stay and we are going to come back!

Of course the Winter Garden in the Atrium is what give Landmark an edge. But what really sets Landmark apart is the Service! For the 2 weeks I’ve been here, the warm, attentive service given by Roshan, most especially, can’t be beat. He never forgot my hot water with lemon and would make sure it was at my table all the time. And he always would ask about my husband’s health. That is always something I will go back to. Then there is this young Ysabela with her warm smile and constant follow up if you need anything else.. The whole team really in the Winter Garden are all lovely and give warm attention to their guests. This is why The Landmark should be part of one’s itinerary in London! The rooms are very spacious and the housecleaning staff are all so accommodating too.

What an excellent evening with family, service was on to, staff was there to explain the menu’s, surrounding was awesome beautiful seating area for peace and quiet.
