Great hotel with a pretty "winter garden"
First the pros-- the garden area where they have the breakfast buffet and high tea is exquisite with the skylight. Such a pretty space. Food was great too. It's a large hotel with proximity to train station which was another plus. Great staff. The valet who greeted me at the back of the hotel (I should have asked for his name) remembered my name the next day. What impeccable hospitality-- touches like this make such a difference in people's experiences of an institution. Very little minuses, but admittedly, the room was a bit dated, and the AC was so loud that it was hard to sleep. Also, the shades were not blackouts and it got pretty light early in the morning. At this price point, you'd probably need to install some blackout curtains please. Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here. Just one night, but a good London experience.

Loved the Landmark hotel weekend
We were made to feel very special by all the staff while celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary. Excellent service from Roshan at breakfast looking after us. A lovely bar tender ( sorry didn’t get his name) on Friday night in the Mirror bar also was wonderful. We hope to visit again soon.

Best afternoon tea
Absolutely wonderful experience, here for my birthday and Roshan and the whole team were attentive efficient and brilliant We had a wonderful time. Roshan kindly also brought out a complimentary birthday cake with a candle which was a wonderful gesture. They also accommodated Halal for us at short notice which was so appreciated One of the best afternoon teas in London. A must visit for all. Ambience environment setting service people all 10/10
