Well located with excellent services. This is my fourth stay here and will be my hotel in London during the next visits. The hotel offers great value for money with a great location not far from most central London shopping and 2 minutes to the Underground.

We went for our team Christmas Lunch and as we were a big group, we couldn't sit in the main atrium. We were sat to the side. The food, atmosphere and service was lovely. I think it is only a 2 hour sitting but we were there for about 3 hours and the staff didn't rush us along. We ate from the set menu and there was a very good selection to choose from. The hotel was very festive and the restaurant was full. This is my 2nd time here for a Christmas lunch and I would definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were very impressed with our stay. The check-in was seamless and this was welcome as we had a long drive to reach London. However compared to other 5 star hotels weā€™ve stayed in both UK and internationally, there probably could have been more staff at the reception area but again this is only comparing to other hotels weā€™ve stayed in. The location is superb for travelling around London. The Marylebone tube is across the road which is highly convenient. We stayed in a family room and could not fault the room size, cleanliness and general room service. All aspects of the room were fantastic and very much enjoyed by the family. The swimming pool was excellent and the additional facilities with the swimming pool such as the jacuzzi, sauna room and spa were excellent. My children were provided with fruit after the swim by the spa staff which was very much appreciated. The hotel generally possesses an atmosphere of happiness and we would highly recommend a stay at this impressive hotel. The breakfast was certainly 5 Star and I would like to point out the service at breakfast time, this was as good as anywhere else in the world - absolutely top class! I think the lunch and dinner menu could be improved and maybe the in room dessert menu could also be improved with maybe a few more choices. Unsurprisingly this was very expensive but probably relative to other 5 Star hotels locally. However the breakfast certainly made up for any lunch and dinner deficiencies. The decor around the hotel is impressive and the general cleanliness is excellent so much credit is deserved by all the staff and management. The historical artefacts around the hotel and rooms are nice as well and informative. We will certainly be visiting again later in the year with the family!!
