Loved my stay in this historic hotel! Rooms were lovely and very large! Service was impeccable and always willing to assist! I had room service after midnight and only had USD so the waiter went down to exchange for me! I ran out of coffee and the maid was right there bringing me more! Plus the bartender in the 222 was knowledgeable about my drink & bites order. Very friendly and never stuffy at all. Check in was late and my reception was friendly and went out of their way to make my stay even better. Please sign up for their membership! I was upgraded to a Studio which was quite large and perfecto! I can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in a superior room overlooking the winter garden. The rooms here are on the larger side in comparison to most hotels, the room was nicely decorated in general, had everything you need- fridge stocked with soft drinks, alcohol etc. The bed was king size and had a massive tv, work desk and had a fantastic view overlooking the atrium, you could also hear the pianist play which was relaxing. The bathroom although was grand in marble was showing some signs of age around the bath area with discolouration. There were some nice toiletries by The White Company with big fluffy bath towels. The service levels at this hotel are fantastic, twice daily housekeeping, nothing seems to much trouble for the staff. I also used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, it offers a very relaxing oasis in the centre of London. There is valet parking under the hotel but with its location I came by train. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in London.

Just had another superb stay at this beautiful establishment. Celebrated my birthday there and as usual, we were treated like royalty. We were upgraded free of charge from a Superior to a deluxe room overlooking the Winter Garden. Such a stunning view and we could hear the live pianist playing too ! delightful. I was greeted in our room to a lovely small birthday cake on a slate with "Happy Birthday" iced on it - great touch Landmark ! The same was done at the dining table at the end of our Dinner. As always the entire staff were very polite and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was super clean with everything one could possibly need. The large bed was lovely and comfortable and we slept soundly totally undisturbed. We had the set Dinner menu with a glass of Champagne included. The choice, although limited, had a great selection and all came beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I would at this point like to give a special mention to the Maitre-d' Kamel and all his wonderful staff for making this an evening to remember. The food and service was exquisite. The breakfast was also of the same standard with no order too much trouble - superb. We have stayed in most of the top hotels in London but the Landmark stands out as the best, having superb staff, amenities, food, service, cleanliness, and above all, the stunning Winter Garden Atrium restaurant. If you are thinking of visiting the Landmark, dont hesitate, just book it, you will not be disappointed !! 10/10

Landmark hotel housed in a 100+ year old building, surely has gone through a few rounds of renovation. its part of 'leading hotels of the world'. next to marylebone station, or 15 mins walk from paddington. so just 20-30 mins from heathrow bang in the middle of london.5 mins walk to high streets of london. was surprsed to see super sized rooms with shower and bath with very nice furniture. not cheap, but then you pay for what you get. meeting rooms were nice and well cordinated with food, drinks and dinner. room service was slightly sketchy. lots of options around for restaurants. elevators, lighting, decor, all reminds you of 1900s.

I had attended a friends wedding many years ago at The Landmark and was lucky enough to stay overnight in a beautiful room. I promised that I would return one day ( we live out of London so it would need to be an occasion!). So when my 65th birthday was in the planning stage and my wife asked where we should go, I had no hesitation in suggesting The Landmark. Despite my age, we have 10 year old twins, so needed a decent family room......we were not disappointed! A beautiful spacious room awaited us and they had even provided a play tent for the children in case they were bored! We were staying for two nights so decided to eat out on one occasion, but have dinner in the hotel on my actual birthday. The food was stunning, the service friendly and efficient and the challenge of receiving and serving my birthday cake was carried out with the minimum of fuss. As for the breakfast the following morning.......I can honestly say that it would be difficult to match the quality of food on offer. In addition, my son sheepishly asked if he could have pancakes with Nutella......not a problem at all for this excellent hotel. With regard to pricing, The Landmark is admittedly at the upper end of the scale, but as the saying goes...." You get what you pay for!".
