Five star service from start to finish
We visited The Landmark London to celebrate my daughter’s birthday afternoon tea, and I simply had to leave a review for Rodica. From the moment we were seated until the moment we left, she delivered what I can only describe as world-class customer service. She was exceptionally attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. Every detail was handled with such grace and elegance, making my daughter feel incredibly special on her birthday. I’ve enjoyed afternoon tea at several luxury hotels, but I can honestly say I have never experienced service quite like Rodica’s. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, always with a sincere smile and such kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in creating unforgettable experiences for guests. Because of her outstanding hospitality, our afternoon tea became a memory we’ll cherish for years to come. I would also like to mention that every member of staff we encountered was welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and where do I even begin with the tea? The quality was exceptional. We’d also like to thank Constantine (I hope I’ve spelt his name correctly), who didn’t serve our table but was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming whenever we spoke with him. Together, they made our visit truly outstanding.

Great Food even better service
Lunch was divine, we dined for my little brothers birthday and the service from Anca and Ysabela was very attentive they made my little sister feel very welcome and my brother feel very included, couldn’t have asked for better service from anyone else. The food itself was very delicious and well prepared especially the pork belly.
