Not as promised
Disappointing experience regarding the £100 deposit. Our reservation was under the name Vanesa Castro, and a £100 deposit was charged to my credit card on 9 September. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be returned within approximately 5 to 7 days. As of 25 September, more than two weeks later, the £100 has still not been refunded. I have now contacted the hotel directly by email requesting an immediate refund and written confirmation of when it has been processed. For a hotel of this level, I would expect deposit refunds to be handled within the timeframe communicated to guests, or at the very least for there to be clear and proactive communication when there is a delay. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.

First class Hotel in a great location
We had a wonderful stay at The Landmark this week! Its a bit like going back in time when you visit, in a really good way. The building itself is very traditional and tastefully done, the service is excellent and the whole feel of it is very welcoming and high end, I would class it as old money. We had a lovely room, nice and spacious, lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. The Champagne bar is lovely, good food and good service, a really nice area to sit and let the time pass by. Great Spa and a decent little gym too! Special thank you to Amrit for making our stay extra special. We very much look forward to returning in the coming months.

Was our 9th anniversary and my wife was given this as a retirement gift from her lovely boss. Special trip on train and arrived at landmark hotel went inside to the winter garden and was seated, our waiter kostas came over and from start to finish nothing was too much trouble, a very impressive person and knows what he,s doing excellent experience. Thankyou

Immaculate experience
One of the best hotel experiences of my life. From start to finish, the service was immaculate. In particular, the restaurant staff Roshan, Bela, Artiom and Georgy were fantastic. From afternoon tea to breakfast the next day, our favourite tea that we were drinking was noted and offered to us again automatically. Our plates were cleared in between each buffet round swiftly! Would highly recommend for an elite experience in London.
