Perfect hotel
Absolutely 10/10! ⭐️ Everything about our stay was perfect from the atmosphere to the service. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Priscilla, who was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything. The lovely lady from the direction team also deserves a special mention. She looked absolutely amazing every day and was always so warm, kind and attentive. You could really feel that the whole team genuinely cared about their guests. I’ve been to London many times and stayed at quite a few hotels, but this one truly stands out. The atmosphere was perfect, and honestly, every penny was worth it. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% come back in the future. Thank you for making our stay so special! 🤍

Great experience
We visited Landmark for my partner’s birthday breakfast, and what an amazing experience it was! From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful the food, atmosphere and overall service made it such a special occasion. A very special shout-out to Anca and Rony for their OUTSTANDING service. They were both incredibly attentive, warm and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my partner’s birthday feel extra special. Their hospitality really made the experience memorable. We absolutely loved our visit and would highly recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a beautiful breakfast experience with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!

A lovely family occasion.
We had a really lovely Afternoon Tea organised by the family for our 53rd Wedding Anniversary. Safayat went above and beyond to make our time really memorable. The family who were looking forward to sharing an Afternoon Tea with us were disappointed that we were not put in the main Winter Garden Restaurant itself.

Great time
We had a great stay as a family of 5 at the Landmark in London. The adjoining rooms were a great size and breakfast every morning in the restaurant was great. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Roshon in the Winter Garden restaurant was very helpful. He recovered a toy my son left behind and saved it for us.
