The Landmark London

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. From start to finish, the service was immaculate. In particular, the restaurant staff Roshan, Bela, Artiom and Georgy were fantastic. From afternoon tea to breakfast the next day, our favourite tea that we were drinking was noted and offered to us again automatically. Our plates were cleared in between each buffet round swiftly! Would highly recommend for an elite experience in London.

My husband and I went to the winter garden today for his birthday and had the seasonal 3 course lunch. We were greated by a friendly lady and seated at our table. The atmosphere and room is stunning. Great for photos. Our waitress Anca and Rosica were super helpful. We were given complimentary glass of champagne each and a fruit tart for my husbands birthday. All the food was amazing especially the ravioli starter and short beef rib main. I would highly recommend the Winter Garden not only for the great food but also the lovely and helpful ladies who waited on us

The Landmark Hotel is nothing short of wonderful and we loved our two-night stay there. The Winter Garden restaurant could do with updating their staff on coeliac friendly dishes but I take it upon myself to ask anyway. Overall, we were treated very well by friendly hotel staff and our room was exquisite. We will be returning to The Landmark for our next London stay.

We recently stayed at The Landmark for our 20th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. The room was well appointed, clean and quiet. We enjoyed a drink and some jazz in the champagne bar in the atrium before heading out for an evening meal nearby. Breakfast in the Winter Garden is very special; the selection of food and drinks is exceptional and beautifully presented. The spa is pristine and we enjoyed a sauna and steam between refreshing dips in the pool. The evening after we left I realised I had left my wallet in the room. I called the hotel who told me that the housekeeping staff had handed it over to security who were keeping it safe. I picked it up the next day with all of the contents (bank cards, driving license and cash) all present. All of the staff we spoke with during our stay were helpful and intelligent but I have special praise for the housekeeping staff who are clearly very honest and decent people. They all work to make it an exceptional hotel.
