Reviews for The Landmark London
Lovely hotel, quite traditional with modern touches. Across the street from Marylebone Station. Positives: 1. Big rooms, good bathrooms, with a bath and good furnishings. Good aircon 2. Nice spa, good massage menu. Pool very nice, big gym. 3. Good food, breakfast was awesome. Champagne brunch is lovely. 4. Staff very attentive. Negatives: 1. Long winded check in, at least 10 mins. 2. Book parking when we drove in, the door man said "parking is full" rather than saying "welcome". Also, the validation of parking is a joke, why get the card stamped, if you pay 400 to 1000 per night would you really try and get out of paying 40 quid. 3. Check out was long winded, extra costs added to bill. A bar bill that wasn't ours, only know this as I don't drink and I think I might have remembered spending Ā£388 on drink. Also, I had to remind them of some costs and our lunch bill. Reception staff seemed to be struggling. 4. No good seating area in reception or just to have a soft drink, we were sent to the dark "Mirror bar" on a bright sunny day. No thanks. 5. The beds were too hard. 6. The staff were noisy at night in the corridor on floor 5. 7. The spa lockers weren't full of robes and towels I had to go hunting. Overall, a lovely large hotel with above average size rooms. The staff are lovely but the whole check in and out process needs to be sharper. We would go back.

Second time of staying in this wonderful hotel. Room was lovely, service excellent and the spa had a very relaxed atmosphere. We dined in the winter garden for dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed it (fillet steak was excellent). Breakfast was also outstanding. The location is ideal for exploring London and we made the walk through Regents Park to Primrose Hill on Saturday, with its panoramic views of the City. Would definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to returning.

Spotless service, amazing breakfast in winter garden, staff beyond helpful for travelling with 3 little kids. Hotel was refurbished recently and its amazing. Although Spa was not available at time we got offered suite as compensatio which was really nice gesture. Will come back !!!

I stayed at The Landmark for the first time. The rooms very spacious with excellent amenities. The check in process was excruciatingly slow. The request for an early check in turned out to be very late. Anyways, the location of the hotel, next to the marylebone station was excellent and it is very easy to approach oxford street, marble arch, edgware road and Hyde park on foot.

We recently stayed at the Landmark to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. At check in we were told that we had been upgraded to an executive room. Thank you for the cards, chocolates and the 'interesting' towel sculpture! Breakfast was to the highest standard (as always). We dined in the Winter Garden in the evening and enjoyed a sumptuous meal served by such friendly and helpful staff. Our two night stay was faultless and we would thoroughly recommend this true five star hotel. Thanks to all of the staff at the Landmark for making our stay so enjoyable.
