The hospitality was amazing especially Charlene she made our time here perfect. The food was delicious and the also had a halal option.

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at The Landmark. I had been before and it's been *the* favourite ever since: Service is always very attentive, the sandwiches are so delicious and you can enjoy more if you like (the cucumber sandwiches were the top favourite among us, but all of them very so good!). The tea of course is wonderful, as are the scones and the set of little desserts. We also loved the ambiente - I don't know about others but to me it always gives an "Hercule Poirot" atmosphere. :D

I took my daughter in law for Afternnoon Tea in the Winter Garden at the Landmark Hotel. Everything about the experience was lovely, the waiters were very attentive and a fantastic ambience. But I was so disappointed with the cost of the tea. With VAT it came to £168 which I think is exceptionally expensive for what we had, which was sandwiches, scones with cream and jam and cakes. And a pot of tea. I would have thought a glass of champagne could have been included. For the price the meal was frugal and I wouldn't recomend it to my friends.

What a fabulous lunch and amazing service, special thanks to Blessing. We mixed the special lunch menu with the à la carte a nice bottle of Rose wine, not a cheap lunch but a nice treat. Definitely recommending the pineapple and crème brûlée on the desert choices

Fabulous atmosphere and coffee. Our waitress Ana was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Definitely will come back and bring our friends too.
