From check in to check out, this hotel was top notch. This was my husband & mine’s first time visiting London. It is close to the Tube which is a plus. The rooms are elegant & quiet. There was places to eat & drink so if you wanted to stay inside, you could. The staff was friendly & was never without a smile when they greeted you. This hotel was like another world inside. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whether this is your first time or a return visitor. This hotel is a must!

London offers no shortage of luxury hotels, but The Landmark London was a genuine and delightful surprise. While perhaps less internationally famous than some of Mayfair’s grand dames, the hotel delivers a level of elegance, comfort, and hospitality that rivals many of London’s better known properties. Our newly renovated Marylebone Suite was exceptional — fresh, luxurious, and wonderfully residential in feel. The suite featured a spacious bedroom, an inviting living room complete with fireplace, sofa seating, desk, and bar area, as well as a magnificent marble bathroom with separate shower, soaking tub, and private water closet. It felt far more like an elegant London apartment than a traditional hotel suite. Service throughout the hotel was consistently warm, gracious, and genuinely friendly. The concierge team was especially impressive, offering polished and attentive assistance that enhanced the entire stay. The true jewel in the crown, however, is the spectacular Winter Garden atrium. With its soaring glass ceiling, palm trees, and magnificent sense of space, it is one of the most beautiful hotel public rooms in London. Breakfast there each morning felt wonderfully indulgent, with lavish offerings served in a setting that was both grand and relaxing. While the location in Marylebone may not feel as immediately central as Mayfair or Piccadilly, the hotel is extremely well connected, sitting conveniently near two Underground stations and offering easy access to every part of the capital. Perhaps most impressive of all is the value proposition. In a city where luxury hotel rates continue to soar, The Landmark offers an experience that feels richly luxurious and deeply comfortable without sacrificing warmth or character. It is a hotel we left genuinely looking forward to returning to.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Landmark and it is not just a hotel, it is an experience. From start to finish, everything feels special. Rooms are large and comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, breakfast is high quality and staff are friendly and helpful. And all in an iconic building and setting. I could not ask for any more and hope to return many more times in the future.
