The Landmark truly lived up to its five-star reputation from beginning to end! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The manager and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely flawless. As we were celebrating my other half Wayne’s birthday, they made our room feel incredibly special and romantic, complete with beautiful decorations, red wine and a delicious chocolate birthday cake! 🎂🍷❤️ The spa experience was wonderful as well. Wayne felt completely relaxed, pampered and exceptionally well cared for—the perfect birthday treat! Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed, valued and spoiled. Thank you so much to everyone at The Landmark London for making our celebration truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this beautiful hotel highly enough, and we will most definitely be returning!

Stunning setting and great service, but let down by the sandwiches
The Winter Garden setting is absolutely spectacular; the light-filled atrium and palm trees create a beautiful atmosphere. We were seated promptly on arrival, and the service throughout was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The cake selection was lovely and beautifully made. However, it is a shame that the cakes were not unlimited like the sandwiches, especially given the premium price. Unfortunately, the savory tier fell short. The sandwiches were a little boring, and had a bit of a supermarket meal deal air about them. Unfortunately one of our party found a piece of gristle in the chicken sandwich. This completely ruined their appetite. While the ambiance and hospitality are top-tier, the food quality needs to be more consistent for the price in my humble opinion.

We had a great experience. A little disappointed that there were no mixer taps in the sink nor shower. Very clean and beautiful bathroom but lacking in the comfort of mixer taps.
