Short and luxurious stay
A short stay, but luxurious none the less. The Landmark is our go to London 5* hotel. The rooms are spacious and immaculate and the team are brilliant. I want to give a special mention To Dawn McCormack who welcomes like it’s her home, she will always find time for you and other guests. A unique and unforgettable touch in a world where it’s often taken for granted.

Best Hotel in London
The Landmark London was such an incredible experience! My family and I have stayed at many 5 star hotels in London and the Landmark was hands down the best! From the clean and elegant historic atmosphere to the wonderful staff, delicious afternoon tea and unmatched professionalism we can not recommend enough! The hospitality at the Landmark was unmatched especially Dawn the assistant manager who was extremely helpful in planning our London activities and making sure the whole family was happy! We will definitely be back! 10/10

Beautyful and kind
It was wonderful staying at this beautiful hotel, with it’s friendly people at the front door, at breakfast and dinner. Especially helpful was Rupert who arranged us our taxis to the city centre, wishing us a lovely day and being so kind to the kids. Our best regards, Rino, Julie, Olivier and Esther

Great location, accommodations and friendly staff.
Great location, accommodations and friendly staff. Easy access to trains, tubes and buses in a great safe location. Food was amazing throughout (we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel multiple times). Staff was very friendly and responsive to any queries and hotel is very clean and beautiful. Will definitely stay again and would recommend (especially for families looking for a quiet hotel with quick access to transportation to see London).
