The Landmark London

Incredible experience again tonight! Have stayed here several times but tonight went for dinner in the winter garden. Kostas was amazing and accommodated us even though we were late and we did not have the proper dress code. Service was impeccable. Food was amazing! Marco was incredibly attentive and sensitive to my wife’s gluten preference. Amazing and went out of the way for us in everything! Will return again whenever we are able!

We came to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary and had dinner in The Winter Garden. The service was exceptional and John was incredibly attentive and made the night very special by bringing out an extra dessert for my 5 yr old daughter. Our wedding celebration was at The Landmark all those years ago and it is still a firm favourite.

After previously enjoying afternoon tea at The Ritz, and Fortnum and Mason, we struggled to decide where to book for this year's birthday treat. We settled on The Landmark as the pastry team previously won Bake Off The Professionals. We were not disappointed. Such a beautiful setting, a mix of elegance and history with a laid back and yet 'posh' vibe. Piano music set the scene and we were greeted warmly. Our waiter was absolutely fabulous. Thank you Kostas for making a special experience even more special. Kostas even offered to take pictures for us when we were finished and knew how to frame the perfect picture to capture the wonderful venue. All the food was fantastic. We went home with a box of cake too. Overall this is an experience comparable with The Ritz. It felt decadent and generous, just as an afternoon tea should be. Thank you all for an experience I won't forget.

Kostas and Johnny were great hosts and the food was incredible. I’d heard great things about this kitchen team but Brian, Brett and the team have knocked it out of the park.
