We were looking for a High Tea in the vicinity of our rental flat and The Landmark was our choice. The service and tea items were outstanding. Our servers Agnelo and Helmi provided superb attention and information. A beautiful setting.

Another wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel in the heart of Marylebone. The food, service and rooms are always fantastic but what made this trip even more special was the welcome and hospitality we received from Rupert the doorman. From the moment we arrived and he greeted us, to our departure each day to go sightseeing, he was so lovely and helpful. He is a real asset to the hotel and a great ambassador for guests to begin their Landmark experience with. Well done Management on creating a great team. We can’t wait to come back.

We were greeted at reception by Millie and Evie, who have to have a special mention for their warm welcome and exceptional customer service. We were there as a family to celebrate my daughter’s wedding. We requested an atrium room, which I know is not guaranteed, but got road side view. I asked if we could have an atrium view room. Millie went above and beyond to facilitate our request. The room was so luxurious, what you would expect for 5* hotel. Spotless and comfortable. The Concierge team were always on hand and extremely helpful. We had a fantastic stay, the wedding went well and we got some beautiful photos. The variety and selection of food for breakfast was great and location in the winter garden breathtaking. My only problem, and it is the reason for 4*, is that on our second morning my request for a spoon to eat a yoghurt was ‘forgotten, as an international family were seated near us. All staff on that section were flitting around them, to the exclusion of other diners. A spoon was delivered 15 minutes after my request despite staff passing our table a number of times. I used the spoon that came with my latte coffee during this wait so when it eventually turned up, I had no need for it. Overall, this incident did not deflect from the amazing stay we had at the landmark but I feel it should be noted.

Upon entering the premises your awe is taken by a stunning architecture, towering palms and massive carpet stretching over the central area, where a restaurant is. Everything seems as it would be from a movie scene. Specificallly, I came to Landmark to celebrate my Mum's birthday with a nice meal and a good glass of wine; and it has certainly delivered it. The food was delicious and wine was great; couple with a wonderful waiter Mihai, who was professional, personable and kind - made my Mum's experience memorable; thank you Mihai for looking after us. For anyone who hasn't been to Landmark - highly recommend.
