Wonderful experience
Home away from home. Have stayed here so many times with our family and it is always a pleasure. We have gotten to know the staff, who are so nice. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, wonderful breakfast. The new spa is really excellent and cannot recommend The Landmark high enough.

Amazing stay
Just Wow! What an amazing stay. Being regular travellers to London for business staying in the finest hotels. This one beats them all. Every single member of staff we encountered were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We were welcomed by the lovely Dawn, who made our stay more special, spending time getting to know us. The hotel is absolutely spotless, food amazing, the new spar is stunning. We can’t wait to return. xx

Five star service from start to finish
We visited The Landmark London to celebrate my daughter’s birthday afternoon tea, and I simply had to leave a review for Rodica. From the moment we were seated until the moment we left, she delivered what I can only describe as world-class customer service. She was exceptionally attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. Every detail was handled with such grace and elegance, making my daughter feel incredibly special on her birthday. I’ve enjoyed afternoon tea at several luxury hotels, but I can honestly say I have never experienced service quite like Rodica’s. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, always with a sincere smile and such kindness. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in creating unforgettable experiences for guests. Because of her outstanding hospitality, our afternoon tea became a memory we’ll cherish for years to come. I would also like to mention that every member of staff we encountered was welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and where do I even begin with the tea? The quality was exceptional. We’d also like to thank Constantine (I hope I’ve spelt his name correctly), who didn’t serve our table but was incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming whenever we spoke with him. Together, they made our visit truly outstanding.
