The Landmark London

It was my first time in years visiting London, and I was so grateful to have met Dalia at the concierge desk. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and full of insight about the city. I wasn’t sure where to start with places to visit and dine, but every single recommendation she gave was absolutely perfect with restaurants to hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made my stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Dallia, for going above and beyond she’s truly a credit to the hotel!

We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Landmark for my grandmas 91st birthday. Roshan was friendly and took such good care of us, especially given we had 2 diners with allergies. The afternoon tea was great, yummy unlimited sandwiches, moist scones and lovely cakes in a beautiful setting. Lovely atmosphere with live pianist, would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic! Everything about it was amazing… the staff was brilliant, Melinda was so helpful. I enjoyed every single thing about the hotel. I will not stay anywhere else. Thank you Landmark Team.

In London for the day and wanting somewhere to congregate with family for a few hours before heading home on the train. Going down the steps and walking into a fairly nondescript side entrance was pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and inviting bar & restaurant area. We grouped around a low table sitting in very comfortable armchairs intent on having a drink and a snack before heading off to one of the myriad Middle Eastern restaurants abounding in the area. We were delighted to discover a decent range of craft beers and attractive wines so also ordered a cheese board to munch as we sipped. As the conversation ebbed and flowed from art to philosophy, from music to the state of the world, the congenial atmosphere really cemented us to the enjoyment of the moment. Eventually the attentiveness of the staff reminded us of our original intent. But by this time we were so enraptured by the lovely atmosphere, we reordered our drinks and another cheese board and enjoyed ourselves till it was time to catch our train. First class quality all around. Food, drinks, ambience, and the perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency from every member of staff we encountered.
