Michael was fantastic! He was very personable and made us feel right at home! He gave us superb advice in navigating the menu. The supporting team members were great as well! Our meal was outstanding and the experience was first class.

Great afternoon tea experience. We've been fortunate enough to have had afternoon tea at The Corinthia, The Dorchester, The Ritz, and this is the best service we've had so far. The flavour of the food was great. The desserts were perfectly prepared. Mihai was very attentive and proactive - exactly what you need in this setting. Would recommend highly. Thank you for hosting us so well.

Fantastic! Absolutely wonderful experience.
Arrived ready to collect our key,however,(our fault) didnt complete our booking as no room on our arrival. We were here formy 60th birthday celebration.The team bent over backwards to help us get the best price for our stay and upgraded us from superior to executive. We were taken to our room and shown around. Then arrived at the door, champagne and a mini birthday cake. The room is incredible. We decided to have dinner in the winter garden..they knew it was my birthday and everyone wished me happy birthday,reception had fed that information through to the team. The piona played happy birthday and another cake arrived with a candle it was subtley down which was very tasteful. Food was lovely. Angelo & Chris were so lovely and looked after us with great enthusiam,politeness and super proffesional. An amazing evening. The icing on the cake when we came back to the room and had a display of balloons with a petal heart on the bed and a Landmark bear holding down the balloons, it was wonderful and got very choked up. Breakfast was lovely..everyone person is attentive and such a wonderful team. Thank you so much..it would be great to repeat this on my 70th as it is a treat..who knows..would be great to experience again..💖💝💖💝
