An afternoon tea to remember!
I brought my Mummy here as a Mother’s Day gift and it exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was beautiful, the pianist was lovely throughout and all of the afternoon tea was divine! The sweet treats were a particular highlight! Looking forward to coming again soon. Service was fabulous, thank you Rony and Louis

Relaxing Stay in landmark London
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional services I received from staff. At the reception I met zana, very welcoming and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Enjoyed my time at the Winter Garden restaurant, where the staff were attentive and friendly. During my stay, I encountered an issue that could have easily disrupted my experience, but zaka from maintenance responded so quickly and handled it. I really felt at home during my stay. I don't write reviews often but good things must be appreciated. Recommended!!!

Great time in the bar catching up with old friends. Rommel was the best bartender, super attentive and made us all laugh so much
