An afternoon tea to remember!
I brought my Mummy here as a Mother’s Day gift and it exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was beautiful, the pianist was lovely throughout and all of the afternoon tea was divine! Relaxing Stay in landmark London
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional services I received from staff. At the reception I met zana, very welcoming and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Enjoyed my time at the Winter Garden restaurant, where the staff were attentive and friendly. During my stay, I encountered an issue that could have easily disrupted my experience, but zaka from maintenance responded so quickly and handled it. I really felt at home during my stay. I don't write reviews often but good things must be appreciated. Recommended!!!
