The wintergarden is lovley and service topclass. Relaxing in the pool and sauna after a long walk in Regent park was perfect. The breakfast was good and you sit at the wintergaden to enjoy the meal. No problem to fix a late checkout for us.

I had a health emergency and the staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent support from the security! The whole team were able to make our stay that little bit more special for us. We had the impression that all team members were there to ensure that guests have a comfortable and memorable stay - which we definitely had.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband and children. Pleasantly surprised to find the rooms large and spacious, great for the little ones to toddle around. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Hotel is centrally located and just outside a tube station. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting though I have to say the food wasn't great. You'll find better eateries outside at fraction of the cost. Overall, a great stay, would love to visit again.

The Landmark is a classic hotel and stunning beautiful. It has a huge atrium in the centre with rooms that overlook it. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and told to make our way quickly to one of the two gorgeous restaurants (before the kitchens close). We had had an afternoon wedding and arrived later than planned. Still in our wedding attire (we were clapped by staff and guests which was lovely) - we went to the Two22 restaurant - the service was impeccable!!! The food and cocktails were perfect. After eating we went to our room - where the staff had left a complimentary bottle of Champagne - Strawberries covered in white chocolate - and created a swan sculpture on our bed with white towels and rose petals - WE WERE so delighted and this was over and above our expectations. Breakfast was gorgeous and so unique to any other I have had in a hotel. We had a swim before breakfast in the relaxing spa - Again exemplary service. We so recommend it - I really think it must be the best luxury hotel in London - and it is the support and development of its staff that shines through. This hotel is a top end hotel you can really feel at home in. Thank you to All staff at The Landmark for making the first night of our marriage so memorable!

My husband and I stayed here one night before our cruise. The hotel staff, room, food and drink were excellent. I was thrilled they found my phone charger I left in my room and sent it to me with no charge. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Thank you to all and especially to Susanna Usher!
