A friend and I returned to the Mirror Bar for a pre‑dinner drink before our night out, and once again we were thoroughly impressed by both the team on duty and the excellent drinks on offer. Special thanks go to Mikel for his thoughtful and spot‑on recommendations, as well as Radek and Lara for their warm hospitality throughout our visit. A further shout‑out to Noni, who kept the drinks flowing and the spirits high with effortless charm. Of particular note was the Aurora Cocktail, which my friend ordered and greatly enjoyed—a beautifully crafted drink that is well worth trying. This intimate, cosy bar remains a welcome retreat for the wayward wanderer seeking a refined yet unpretentious place to relax, recline, and converse in subtle splendour. A consistently delightful experience.

I brought my Mummy here as a Mother’s Day gift and it exceeded all expectations! The atmosphere was beautiful, the pianist was lovely throughout and all of the afternoon tea was divine! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I must take a moment to highlight the exceptional services I received from staff. At the reception I met zana, very welcoming and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Enjoyed my time at the Winter Garden restaurant, where the staff were attentive and friendly. During my stay, I encountered an issue that could have easily disrupted my experience, but zaka from maintenance responded so quickly and handled it. I really felt at home during my stay. I don't write reviews often but good things must be appreciated. Recommended!!!
