Needs a refurb - service fee a hidden tax
What is a 5% service fee? Rooms are expensive, then when you check out they tell you there is a 5% service fee, when you tip everything you buy! Hotel is very dated. Stayed in the atrium suite. Was last decorated by my grandma in 1985. Needs a refurb. Worktop badly cracked in bathroom. Very dated. Stayed here for business otherwise would have given it a miss. Good breakfast

RODICA was wonderful
Wonderful place, friendly staff. One of the staff RODICA is amazing, very friendly and helpful. She made us feel like home. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

The Landmark London
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The Landmark London and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the Winter Garden Restaurant. We were looked after by Mihai, who was extremely nice, attentive, and very professional throughout the evening. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly made our dinner feel special. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. The entire team made us feel very welcome and provided friendly, attentive service. I would also like to thank the accommodation team for preparing a beautiful romantic setup in our room with swans and rose petals. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.
