Helpful staff and cool bar
I wandered into the Landmark to get out of the heat and relax a bit. The very kind and helpful staff member at the front desk, Haritha, pointed me to the bars they had available and recommended the Mirror Bar, offering to guide me there herself. I declined as I felt the instructions she gave were clear but alas, my sense of direction is poorer than I thought it would be. When I went back to the front desk, she graciously guided me right to the Mirror Bar, and I had a great time there. Quiet and relaxing.

Set lunch at The Landmark Hotel
I celebrated my 70th birthday having the set menu lunch here and it was fabulous. Food was delicious, value excellent and surroundings comfortable and attractive. Thank you

afternoon tea at the landmark is not just a great meal but a great experience
My friend and I went for afternoon tea. We wanted a special experience in a wonderful setting. The service and setting at the landmark met all our expectations. The service was absolutely amazing, Fernan our waiter, served us kindly, professionally and discreetly. He advised, at my request, what tea to have with each course = all excellent choices. They were the house blend, the chia tea and the dark chocolate. All paired brilliantly with the food. Fernan discreetly, came discreetly and repeatedly to check everything was ok and to offer us more food at each course and allowed us to take food home which was presented in a little box. At the end of the meal my friend started to feel ight headed and Helmi the manager came to help us, we asked for plain bread and water to help her get back her equilibrium. This arrived quickly and Helmi made sure he was the one who served us at this point in order to check on my friend and only stepped back discreetly when he saw she was ok. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it as we could not only have seconds while we were there but could also take some home to continue the experience or in my case share it with my son. At £89 including service charge it is expensive, but worth every penny. Afternoon tea at the landmark is not merely a meal but a special experience. Thank you to all the staff, especially Fernan and Helmi you were all amazing.
